I started playing at this casino back in 2019, tried to use BTC, more as a test, but I won a nice amount. They were discarding withdraws forever, asked for all sorts of documents and also video call. I did everything they asked and while I was waiting for there response, Covid horror happened. This issue was not my priority as it should not be, so I left it till now. There final response that I was waiting for over 2 years is : "The decision had been taken since you failed to answer some of the questions during the Skype verification.You haven't answered correctly to simple questions such as your actual address, the winning-slot name, the number of deposits you made at BetchainCasino", its a complete joke.
And now only thing I asked for is to do verification process again, also verification is not about asking what size of a bet you made a month ago on a random slots.
I hope you will not make same mistakes as I did.

unable to withdraw its a scam

As a test of Betchain I deposited a modest sum from Bitcoin. Looked over the site (pretty nasty UI, but that's isn't really the problem I am here to talk about), then went to withdraw the funds. The withdraw fails consistently, with no explanation. Replies from customer service are non-existent. No communication, no withdraw.

In other words, not a casino, a scam. If you look at every site giving it a positive review, you will see that none of the user reviews are positive, only bribed reviewers.

Absolutely horrific experience at this garbage establishment.. The money I sent to the site disappeared so I sent screenshots of everything from purchase to block chain info etc etc.. They definitely received the funds. It was successful sent to them, but they told me they didn't get it so, "your money is gone". Gone? I asked them to define gone and they wouldn't. They literally stole my money and pocketed it and told me I was screwed and that it was the block chains fault. How insane is that... Never ever do business with these crooks.. One way or another they will steal your money. Oh, and another thing, I've noticed that when you're playing slots, your money will disappear faster than it should... For instance, let's say you have 200 coins left, and your doing 3 coin bets, you'll roll and it'll go 197, 195, 191, 188" 184... Etc etc they'll slowly steal extra coins here and there without you noticing... F this place. It's a nasty dumpster fire ran by ignorant crooks. Don't give them your money. Give it to literally anyone else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!!! They are the most pathetic group I know! I have been playing with them since 2016!! Everything was fine until I had my biggest win yet and they just closed my account without warning and said sorry, you’re not even allowed to play with us and disabled me from signing in. I have never been so livid in my life, just a week ago they cashed me out about $4,000 with no problem and just a few days later I won $8,000 and they don’t want to pay up? This casino is honestly the worst I ever came across, at least have dignity and tell me you don’t have the money to pay me. If they looked at all the deposits I have made it ran up to close to $10,000 . They lost a good player . And a good fan, You people are the worst.
