I don't see any reason for the rating to be lowered, as I've always had good experiences with this company. I've been registered for a long time and can confidently say that everything is quite reliable and I haven't encountered any problems with withdrawals or similar issues.

Be careful not to use this site because they will steal all your money. They blocked my site with all my money on the grounds that I played combined bets. I have proven that I did not play combined bets, but they ignored me and blocked my site. I am telling you so that you do not have the same fate as me.

They locked my account and they ask me för documents and i keep send them and they ask for unnecessary things just to keep the time away and they will probably try to steal your identity by documents i do NOT recommend playing on Betcity you have other Much other casinos to play on.

After they had restricted my account in only 3 days since created , I uploaded all the documents required to go through the verification process. After everything was supposed to be verified I requested a withdrawal and got a message that I need to still play 4 euros. I wasn't able to do so since the restrictions and customer agent told me I have to do casino. So I tried that too but their games kept on throwing an error and won't even open. I'm back to customer service and was told to send a pic by email to their department which had responded to me in a language I do not understand! Until now I'm still not able to withdraw! Save yourself the hassle and stay away.

I had a terrible experience with betcity. After depositing money and playing on their platform, they suddenly blocked my account and claimed they needed to verify my identity. Initially, they asked for basic documents like my ID and proof of address, which I provided immediately.

But this was just the beginning of their scam. After sending the required documents, they came back asking for more – this time, a selfie holding my ID and a handwritten piece of paper with the current date. I complied with that as well, but they still weren’t satisfied. They kept coming up with new excuses and asking for the same documents again and again.

It became clear to me that this is their way of scamming people. They wear you down with endless requests until you give up. Meanwhile, your account remains blocked, and your money is inaccessible.

I strongly advise against using betcity. Their so-called verification process is a deliberate tactic to frustrate users and prevent them from withdrawing their funds. Stay away and choose a reputable platform instead!

I have only good things to say about CTBET,I have always been able to withdraw winnings with no problem,even if I’m playing with bonus money and it’s in my bank account within 5-10 minutes.

Guys I’ve just been a victim of this site as well. I wish I saw all these reviews before depositing. They let you deposit and place bets and then they block your account and ask for documents, this is where the nightmare starts you’ll send them all the required documents and than they’ll keep quiet and than start whole process again ask for the same things and than keep quiet again after you supply them. Do not deposit your money with betcity it is a scam Russian website you will lose all your money, also notice how they don’t have a number to contact them and just one email address be careful guys

Worst scam ever. I paid 30 euros, played a few bets after I paid 80 euros, and the very next day they blocked my account. My account was verified, they asked me to take a photo of the invoice, ID card...etc. I sent all the documents in the best quality, and again asked questions. And they do that until you get tired and forget your money. They took 100 from me, blocked the account and it stayed like that. I did everything they asked, and I got nothing. Run away from this place like the plague...

BetCity are the worst bookmaker ever. I sent 2000 USD and they havent got it they say!! I sent the hash to them and still they ask the same questions and repeat themselves. No money has arrived they say, but its withdrawn from my wallet. So unserious. NO ONE should use them

Ineens kan ik geen bonussen meer claimen, terwijl ik aan alle voorwaarden voldoe. Ik stort regelmatig geld, ben dus geen profiteur van die bonussen. Er wordt dan heel makkelijk verwezen naar: "4.7: 4.7 BetCity behoudt zich het recht voor om spelers uit te sluiten van bonussen zonder opgaaf van reden. BetCity is onder geen beding verplicht om een reden te communiceren.". Ik vind dit een bijzonder klantonvriendelijke reactie. Hoe zouden jullie het zelf vinden als je bij de Mediamarkt een bordje bij een televisie ziet staan met 50% korting en bij de kassa rekenen ze ineens de volle pond omdat jij als persoon uitgesloten bent voor de korting? Dit is wel wat jullie nu doen, schaam je kapot.

Betcity is a scam site. Don’t fall for their big odds. Immediately you place up to like 2-3 bets, your account will be limited and you won’t be able to make withdrawal of any kind and you will be told to only place bet on their casino games which they have program for you to make lose anytime, anyday. Please stay away from this site. You will regret doing Bussiness with them not on the long run but from the beginning. I think betting companies should be well regulated by law enforcement. Most of these betting sites are just scammers. I will come here and write another review if they remove the limit on my account. If not, I will make sure all the world sees what evil they have been doing with peoples money. I will make sure I go on all social medias and every review platforms to bring them down

I tried testing this platform and made few bets and one withdrawal. I deposited fresh funds later did I know they limited my account to 0.00
When I ask they told me they reserve the right to limit, suspend or block any account without any explanation. My funds are stuck in there.

from july 1st till date lots of mail , documents sending daily
after certain time frame again they ask same question upload documents

1.They remove withdrawal options.
2. Customer service: no response to e-mails, chat single sentence answer, which basically says: "try another deposit method and it will magically appear as a withrawal method. Not. Just another way to scam you out of more money.
3. It's some Russian scam site, same crap as 1x2. Read all about them, just do a google search.
