So Iam part of Bethall's VIP program, first things is That Cashback basically is nonexistant, for lost 600 euros in a cashback timeframe week I got back 10euros, then i got email from my VIP manager Elijah few days ago who just introduced himself, then i asked him question about the cashback i received and also he offered some bonus, but after my questions he just dissapeared, i wrote anothe email to him, but i NEVER have gotten a reply back, there you have VIP experience on Bethall, nonexistant!
