I won 30k NZD first time using this casino. It took me 2 weeks before they accepted my verification documents. Chat staff were very helpful. Once I was verified I was advised that I could only withdraw a maximum of $1700.00 at a time which i did immediately. During my initial gambling with them I received pop up messages stating that I could not gamble more than 5 euro per bet which was equivalent to $10.00 NZD as I still had bonus money active. So I made sure all my bets were no higher than $9.00 NZD. An important fact "I was not able to bet any higher the site wouldn't let me". Once my bonus funds showed 0 I went into live chat and spoke with a real person not a bot and asked "now that I have played through my bonus money am I free to place bets at any amount" to which the agent advised me that yes I was free to place bets at any amount. Approx a few days later I received an email stating that "Upon review, it has come to our attention that there was a breach of one of our terms and conditions related to the use of bonuses. As stated in paragraph 23.9 of our terms and conditions, the maximum allowable bet amount while having an active bonus is 5 EUR." They voided all my winnings. I am devastated to say the least. I have emailed them twice now asking for proof of this but I have had no response whatsoever.

Nightmare! Unbelievably shameless scammers! I paid 2x and managed to get a small prize. 160 euros! They are sucking my money in 5 days with proof of residence! Nothing was good for them! They didn't even accept my Revolut account number that I paid with! They also ask for a DNA and stool sample!! I uploaded a lot of official documents to these scammers!!! No one will pass the KYC check here!! Casino operating without a license! When I asked for their license number, they said it was not public! After 7 days of discussion, I entered my account and found that the 160 euros had disappeared! They stole it!!! When I asked about it, they blocked the live support chat room!!! These are really shameless scammers! Unfortunately, I uploaded quite a lot of documents that they can misuse!!! Be careful, these are shameless big scammers!

POLITIK UND BETRUG,immer wieder wird man aufgefordert ein dokument hochzuladen was deine iban deine adresse zeigt und nicht älter als 90 tage ist...aber egal wie viele dokumente man hochlädt es wird nie genehmigt und man verliert komplett die nerven eine bodenlose sauerei.... man ist einfach selber schuld das man ausserhalb deutschlands wettet.....nie wieder! Geld kann man genauso in ne tone werfen! hoffe für alle das sie nur kleine summen investiert haben!

Also man bekommt auf jeden Fall sein Geld sofern alle Dokumente passen. Musste 2-3x was nachreichen und per Live Chat der wie eine KI wirkt, aber keine ist, mehrmals bestätigen lassen.
600€ kann man bis zur Bestätigung auszahlen lassen. Alle 24 Stunden 600€ zur Auszahlung anfragen bringt nichts. Eine wird genehmigt und der Rest abgelehnt.
Es wird gesagt die Auszahlungen werden nach bis zu 72 Stunden geprüft, dies stimmt aber laut meiner Erfahrung nicht. Zwei Auszahlungen bislang gehabt und sie brauchten einmal 5 Tage und einmal 6 Tage. Mehrfach mit dem Support in Kontakt getreten, was aber nichts bringt bzw. Es nicht dadurch beschleunigt wird. Bei hohen Gewinnen wartet man also ewig.

Nach mittlerweile 1 Woche muss ich die von mir gegebe Kritik bzgl des Betruges zurückweisen. Ich hatte schon nicht mehr mit einen positiven Ausgang gerechnet doch zu meiner Verwunderung ist das Geld angekommen.hat zwar gedauert aber es ist angekommen

Der Support sagt seit fast 2 Monaten dass mein Fall in einer Prüfung sei.
( selbstausschluss wurde ignoriert, Werbungen per mail und Handynummer!! durch einen sogenannten VIP Manager)

Es passiert aber nichts.

Auf Casino.guru meldet sich sporadisch ein Vertreter von Betista und sagt das mein Fall in Prüfung sei😂

não tive problemas na verificação de conta nem no levantamento mas não consigo aceder logo agora que precisava
