Bonus looks big, actually useless
100% match sounded decent but the max cashout from bonus is so tiny it makes no sense to even try. You grind forever with small bets, and even if you somehow win, they cap what you can keep. Waste of time.

Small win, big hassle
I only won about 80 total after wagering. Trying to cash that out felt like applying for a mortgage. Forms, documents, delays, security questions. By the time it landed in my wallet I’d decided I’m done with online casinos for a while, especially this one.

Too many emails
They spammed my inbox like crazy after I signed up. Promos, reminders, “exclusive offers” every day. I played once, lost 15, didn’t come back, but the emails kept coming until I finally found the unsubscribe link hidden at the bottom.

Horrible on older laptop
I play from an older notebook and this site just chokes it. CPU goes crazy, fans spin, everything stutters. Same games on other casinos run fine. Their coding is probably just bloated.

Tried their public chat during a slot tournament. Full of people bragging and some jerks making fun of others losing. No moderation at all. Not fun atmosphere, more like a toxic gaming lobby from 2008.

Complicated password rules
I spent five minutes just trying to create a password that met their weird set of requirements. Then had to type it constantly because I kept getting logged out. Security is good but this was overboard for a casino account.

I was reading the terms and found they actually cap winnings on some jackpots if you used a bonus. That’s the kind of thing that should be written in bold red letters, not buried in paragraph 27.

Annoying sound bugs
Some slots randomly lose sound mid-spin. Then when you restart, the sound comes back at max volume even though I set it low. Happens a lot in the same providers, so it’s clearly not my laptop. Little thing but adds up.

Deposit limit bug
I set a daily deposit limit of 30. Somehow the cashier let me deposit 50 in two separate payments, and only after that it locked. Support said it was “just over midnight server time”. On my side it wasn’t. Convenient for them, not for me.
