​I want to warn everyone about Betmatch.io. They are using a technical "glitch" to manipulate bet slips and avoid paying out winnings.
​I placed a parlay bet where I selected Bayern Munich to win at 2.50 odds. I have a screenshot (see below) clearly showing the BLUE selection box on the 2.50 odds at the exact moment of betting.
​Despite this, their system recorded a completely different market (Total goals under 5.5) at 1.75 odds. I didn't even scroll down to the "Totals" section! Bayern won 6-1, so my original 2.50 selection won, but they marked the slip as LOST based on the 1.75 market they "captured" by error.
​The support (Max, Vanessa) is insulting. They ignore the visual proof, told me to "clear my cache," and then had the nerve to tell me to "be more careful next time" while threatening to ignore my further messages.
​They are withholding 91,945 HUF (~235 EUR) from me. I have already reported them to Casino Guru and BMR. Do NOT deposit here, they will cheat you if you win!

This online casino is cheating! Don't play! They are using cheat algorithm what is doing all time shit slot! 100 euro on the game using 1 euro every single slot that mean 100 slot! And not give even one times a good slot!

I am writing to publicly report a serious issue with Betmach’s bonus system and unfair removal of my winnings.
Here is what happened:
I deposited 20,000 HUF and activated a bonus with 60 free spins in the Ding Christmas Bells™ game.
I won approximately 5,300 HUF from free spins, bringing my total balance to 25,300 HUF.
Through regular gameplay, my balance increased to approximately 220,000 HUF.
I fully completed the wagering requirement of approximately 156,000 HUF using legitimate gameplay.
Immediately after completing the wagering requirement, my entire balance was removed.
Betmach claimed that the "bonus funds are non-refundable" and the maximum win was applied, despite allowing my balance to grow far beyond the stated max win during gameplay.
At no point was I warned, capped, or restricted while my balance was increasing. This is misleading, unfair, and unethical.
I have all chat logs, screenshots, and timestamps showing that the balance was allowed to increase and the wagering requirement completed.
This public complaint is a warning to other players: Betmach allows balances to increase beyond max win, then confiscates the funds, even after proper wagering.
I urge Betmach to review this unfair practice and reconsider the removal of legitimate winnings.
