Warte seit mittlerweile gut 2 Wochen auf die Auszahlung, da es mir zu lange gedauert hat hab ich einfach wieder etwas weiter gespielt und natürlich einen Teil vom Gewinn(1100€) wieder verzockt, denk das ist auch die Idee dahinter!
Vom Kundenservice werd ich nur die ganze Zeit vertröstet!
Als erstes war ich Schuld weil ich eine Auszahlung storniert habe( hatte mehrere Auszahlungen getätigt) und laut Kundendienst kann eine Auszahlung bis zu 5 Werktage beanspruchen man kommt auf eine Art warte Liste, aber anscheinend ist das dann auch egal sobald man eine Storniert beginnt man Automatisch wieder von vorne mit allen Beträgen also wird man nach hinten gereiht in der Warteliste! Wie lächerlich, lasst die Finger davon sind nicht zu empfehlen!

I've not been paid it's been 3 weeks 8 days since my withdraek request for £200. They refuse to let you speak to a manager and jeep telling you to wait.

I used the new sister site Betmaximus.win made a withdrawal on July 17th, and as of August 4th, I’m still waiting for it to be processed. It’s been over two weeks (13+ business days), and despite completing everything requested including KYC reverification there’s been no clear update or progress.

Live support has been friendly and does their best, but they seem to have very limited visibility or influence when it comes to finance-related issues. It’s frustrating because my first, smaller withdrawal was processed fairly quickly, but this larger one has been held up with no explanation.

On the positive side, the games are solid, and I really like the no wagering spins, which is a nice feature. It’s a shame this withdrawal experience is clouding what was initially a good impression.

I’m leaving a low rating for now due to the delay, but I’m more than willing to update the review if the issue is resolved soon and handled properly.

Doesn't even deserve a star!! 2 weeks after sending in KYC still a timer on my account so absolutely zero chance of getting a withdrawal if I can't even get verified. And can't verify phone number, link goes right to live chat. Am staying away advise you do the same.

This is the worse casino ever i have seen in my life. It has been three weeks they are holding my withdrawal by making lame excuses oh we need the documentsfor verification which i uploaded then after one week they send an eamil upload your passport photo as it s not clear so i again uiaded clear with four corner as per request. Then third wek an other email still pasdport photo isnot clear.i have uploaded new one. So finally 5th wek i got an email account has been verified sucssfully. This is not finish here today on wednesday i received an other emailplease send all those documents holding next to your face so i ont get this why i have received tat email that my account has been verified so who is lieing here who sent verifcation confirming or who is adking for documrnts again. It has been 5 weeks they are plauing with me and trying to piss me off. These prople are useless and un helpful.

One of the worst casinos I’ve very played at! Minimal game choice because most of the providers are not available so won’t work. The rtp seems low and your deposits will do to some random place……obviously a scam.
Oh and to add to the above they refuse to close your account so they are clearly praying on the vulnerable

Very bad. They are delaying withdraws till last day (5 business day so thats the week). After that they will ask for docs to aprove that card that you did deposit was yours and now i need to wait a week more. Dont play at at this casino.

I am still awaiting to receive the money that I had requested to withdraw as I have not been sent so I have not received it and it has been a long wait whilst I have repeatedly chased the status of the withdrawal to be consistently told things such as to be patient and to continue waiting however I believe that I should have already got my money by now and am starting to feel like I won’t get it.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, man zahlt nur ein selbst in den unzähligen freispielen für ich hatte waren die Gewinne immer zwischen x5-x10 das ist einfach lächerlich und hat nichts mehr mit Glück zu tun. Lasst lieber die Finger von dem Casino. Und nach einer Einzahlung die ich getätigt habe würde das Geld nicht auf mein Account gebucht, im Chat wurde nur gesagt, das es mal vorkommt dass es länger dauert, wir melden uns bei ihnen. I joined here as I played at their sister site and never had an issue there so assumed this would be trustworthy.
Unfortunately betmaximus was a much worse experience, with limited withdraw (and deposit) options, and low withdrawal limits there's not much good to say about this site,
The worst part is that either there are nefarious things happening or the site has been compromised, as the site only allowed 1 deposit per method, I used a different card and bank to make a secondary deposit within a 1 day time frame, I have not before or since signed that card up to any other website or used it to purchase anything online, recently (about 1 month after I stopped playing here) multiple transactions have been attempted on that card. (Oddly not the main card I use everywhere) -though this could be because the main bank has better security.

Since this is the only place I had used the card I am 100% sure that this is where the details have leaked.
I cannot accuse or guarantee that it is the company trying this, but if they aren't then there has definitely been a data breach.
The main website also was unaccessible for up to a month, though after I kept getting emails I found that the address had changed slightly, but is now back to its original.
