So I’ve been on mgm for years and it’s gambling you win you lose that’s the game but anyone wanting to gamble should definitely not use this site anymore it seems like the win ratios are turned way down in the last week I’ve probably deposited over 300 and not a god damn dime back she’s going down hill fast.. like I said I realize it’s gambling but after being and using the site for years it’s done not worth it good for sports betting not for casino it’s garbage

Site promised a bonus if I deposited, hid in the fine print that I had to wager a ridiculous amount to get it, when I finally did, the money shows up in my wallet but cant be used anywhere nor can i even withdraw it, biggest scam website i have seen with casino play.

Playing here for years. Mainly poker. I’m a consistent winner in Omaha and have never had trouble with withdrawals. I’ve won big on slots and lost more as it goes for slots. I’ve had many generous bonuses offered for poker and sports and had no trouble meeting them. Again withdrawals have never been a problem. These donkeys in the comments deposit once or twice in the casino, lose money and post a one star review. Get real.

if I could give it zero stars, I would I signed up through a link given to me in my email for bonus and all that an, I signed up.. went and confirmed my email went and confirmed my identification and then I deposited money just to find out. I don’t qualify to play there because I don’t live in Ontario. I live in British Columbia so right off the bat they should’ve not let me open the account very least, not accept my money. I asked for my refund. They told me it would have to wait a few days. I waited. They tell me oh we processed your withdrawal and it should be in your account. Well, it’s been three weeks and I’ve gone back-and-forth with them and the company that does the e-transfers and money for them and basically they told me send a bank statement showing that you never received your funds which I did and now they’re ignoring me.

I have spent money and play every other day and I cant get my bonus spins. Thinking about taking my business somewhere else

If you like getting emails that tell you you have "FREE SPINS" and then get into the casino only to see nothing, and then get told to send a screen shot to "support" and they "should" get back to you in 72 hours, well, this is the place for YOU. WHAT casino makes a customer wait 72 hours for spins they FORGOT to add to your account?? I mean, is this the dinosaur ages? Why aren't the agents able to add them like all the other casinos?? Oh wait - it gets better - that 72 hours, well, they usually DON'T get back to you - and even worse, they NEVER credit spins that are "missing" - I am owed hundreds of free spins from this casino, and I literally had to STOP writing them about it because all it does is, well, NOTHING! They have a variety of games but I have played on here daily now for months straight and I have very few cashouts. The only thing that seems to be good is the bonuses they offer compared to other casinos, thats it. Payouts are totally lacking and they need to revamp the mgm card as not everyone is able to get to Vegas to retrieve points.

Today, 2 games 95% and 95.5%. 350 spins into one and down $250 on $0.50 spins, 300 spins on the other and down $225. Absolutely NO bonuses on either game! These same games on Bet365 have a bonus every 50-100 spins. MGM is an absolute scam and it's proven it over and over for the past 5 months. DON'T PLAY HERE!!

Being a long time online gambler, I have and still do use a few different sites I’ve never felt it necessary to write a review.
First, customer service is non existent which is sad. Help desk is useless and emails to support go unanswered
I’m currently a platinum member on this site and with the higher tier level the rewards are less than a new member just starting out. When you do get a promo you win 10 cents in 25 spins to just add insult to injury. Lol
Brp points don’t add up which they should be increasing at a higher percentage and they control the dollar value of which you can redeem. Meaning I have to have 2000 brp points before I can redeem which means now they control my money
I have noticed dollars don’t add up to the winnings you see I’ve gotten into bonuses and should have done ok only to see once it’s tallied up it’s less than I expected. That has happened a few times but there’s no where to prove it unless you video record your entire play.
The platform will have a connection error or just randomly kick you out and restart the game if you are winning Once your back in the game is no longer playing the way it was, your bonus gets skipped or the progress to the bonuses are reset and you start all over again. I have also played games for extended periods of time and when I exit the game to go back to the lobby. I see I wasn’t even signed into the platform. So my play wasn’t even registering it was just taking my money, This too seems to be happening when you are winning a bit. I notified help desk only to get no help. I was told to email support with a picture of the error but that’s the thing the system isn’t giving you “Heads up”
Time to change. So if you’re just starting out. I wouldn’t recommend. There is better sites out there and to me customer service and appreciation is extremely important and you won’t find that here.
I have told help desk I was going to contact the gaming authority and they couldn’t care less. So that will be my next email to write

Besides the fact that this casino has horrible payout rates, I made a deposit, the casino decided to add a bonus match without me consenting and then all of a sudden the hundred dollars I put in was hijacked by them. I couldn’t withdraw my portion because they added a bonus telling me I have to play $400 worth to get my hundred dollars back of my own money! I can understand them putting a wager play through amount on the portion they gave me but to say I can’t withdraw any portion of my own money that I put in there out of my own bank account is criminal. I told customer service that, and now all of a sudden I am blocked right out for some reason, not allowed to login at all. And of course, customer service has no answers as usual. (your issue has been forwarded to the relevant department) it’s been 3 days so far and Nobody can tell me why, I guess they didn’t like the fact that I told them that it was criminal, and a lawyer probably should be contacted on this matter stealing my money. This on top of the fact that any winnings compared to what you deposit is extremely unfair. I’ve never seen this at any other casino website. You can deposit $150 play all of it at $.40 and $.80 which is a lot of spins and receive no bonuses or receive literally one and it pays you $2.40 after you put in 130.00 very unfair payout, especially compared to others!!!

Deposited money on credit card said valid when depositing. Went to withdraw and site tells me my same card is not valid for withdrawing. Over a week of asking and still nothing. Got an email saying it would be a paper withdrawal about 4 days ago and now balance shows zero and no response from site. BEWARE

I am updating my review after a much improved experience with BetMGM. After my earlier frustrations, their customer support responded promptly and resolved my withdrawal issues. They removed PayPal, re-added my correct Visa debit card, and after some careful play, I turned a small balance of $18 into $45. I also appreciate their variety of bonuses and sportsbook promotions, which add extra value for users. While my first experience was rocky, I now feel more confident that BetMGM can deliver a fair and exciting experience. I am adjusting my rating to 4 stars.

Don't know what everybody's hating for lol. I signed up for the $100 no-deposit casino offer, had to roll it over 10x / wager $1000 using slots and I ended up with $1050 in my account which I was able to INSTANTLY withdraw (after depositing $10 since I had to deposit so that that deposit method could be used as a withdrawal method). So simple. These guys are legit. Let's hope that I don't go down a losing wormhole though. But a great experience so far, obviously. 10/10 I would recommend.

Used to be a fun fair freebies place to play.. every day but lately the RTP has fell off to nothing like alot of these places.. need to risk too much for any chance.. very unlikely to get any good free play anymore.. half the time alot of glitches in app and in promos where have to re install app just to play a couple bucks ect.. not fun.. update.. Terrible...Had a complaint as their bonus structure was flawed; Withdrawing actual balance money from my account instead of bonus funds. Informed them of this with an email and a week later it's been crickets and tumbleweed (Their policy is to address the matter in 24 hours). They don't care. Once they have your money, that's all that matters. Stay away: There are plenty of books in Ontario and most of them actually respond to customer concerns...

Update: Finally got back to me, admitted they made a mistake by essentially withdrawing money from my actual balance rather than my BONUS balance, yet still refuse to compensate me for their admitted error...

So I guess I'm like anybody else I got scammed and here's my story if anybody else had this happen please send me any kind of help possible that I be able to get my money back here is my story only been playing for 3 months only had the casino app and not the sportsbook app so far the Sparks app never screwed me and I've been playing for a couple weeks anyways getting back to the casino. I went along did a deposit all seen fine and dandy got the bonus but Time after Time after Time I could not win nothing so just like anybody else that has the extra cash well maybe one more round maybe one more on the round next thing you know my bank gave me a call to confirm I was doing all these bets I confirmed but didn't realize that some of them were actually double dip so it's like you ask for 200 you get 400 and it's not that was bonuses because I used them up so I could not get extra money and I tried to keep it small but next thing you know I started noticing after I increased to 1,000 next thing you know I didn't notice every time it happened not in a row it was random that I would ask for a deposit withdraw it from my bank account and when the game refreshes instead of 1,000 it's 2,000 so I had to double check my bank and now I knew what they were talking about that some of the withdrawals that was getting from my bank was double my asking as I explained up above of setting for 1,000 they take $2,000 charge my bank account when all I ask is for $1,000 so now I'm in a hole I did ask customer service of what was going on my then casino account got locked could not log in so I had to call again customer service that's what was going on because now the pop-up I was getting was suspicious activity and that's why I was not allowed in. So so when getting off the phone with customer service they said there was nothing wrong with my account and left it as is then mysteriously I had no appointed they call it a VIP customer service representative that you have on hand and ever since then I almost lost all my sporting bets I don't know but now I'm in the whole........what by LAW ...can I do?........It seems we all have a story......what can we do?..... accept that we are all gullable Idiots?

Don't ever play here, they are not a regulated or fair casino. Nothing but problems with the app, the games run slow, and two years playing and not once ever won even one dollar. Given that I've deposited over six thousand over the year, not one dollar on any game in here.

Played on this site for years won some lost some overall was a fun experience. The customer service is terrible.
I deposited money via paybilt on Thursday night. The money didn’t get allocated anywhere and Friday I saw an email asking where I wanted it sent. I chose mgm. The money didn’t get deposited in my player account so I figured I would just get it back maybe it was missing a refernce code or something because I’ve never had to allocate the funds this way. I then deposited more and that one went through normally: the next day i still didn’t have the original deposit or an email saying something was wrong and the money would be returned to my account (had that happen in past). So I reached out to customer service. Provided the email confirming deposit time stamped, with a reference number and these morons keep referencing the d posit I made after that saying it was successful or the one from the day prior or the day after. I’ve told them multiple times in chats and emails that none of those are in dispute only the one with a specific reference number. They keep giving me the run around and can’t look at th specific deposit I’m talking about. Now they want a pdf bank statement to look into it. Which isn’t going to tell them it got deposited to mgm it’s only going to show the generic company.
I closed my account because the service is so abysmal.
