Très bon matériel avec un bon rendu. Juste une chose..difficile de trouver les 0740 sur wolfmix. Il y a la gamme supérieure qui est dessus mais pas la base..

Son mi marca de confianza, ya no monto otras luces. Compactas, potentes… y con un servicio post venta sin igual.

So, I have a large events company, and I thought, why not try your brand after my first purchase of 12 LB 150s? I realized the motor was a bit too weak. Disappointed, I contacted you by email, but you haven't offered a solution, which is discouraging.

Une machine ultra silencieuse pour sa grosseur. Des couleurs très puissantes et les changements sont vraiment fluide avec le contour led qui est juste un game changer 🤩

Excellent lighting fixture (LM0740D) for this price class. Quick delivery and product exactly as described on the betopper website. The documentation online (including showcasing vids etc) give a good view of what to expect. I had a technical problem but the customer service team was quick and full in delivering a solution. In good english and understandable to customer needs. I will keep betopper in eyesight for future products and will be happy to order more fixtures from them. Greetings!

J’ai acheté deux lyres wash lm19x15r chez Betopper des moments différents. Suite à un souci rencontré sur l’une d’elles, j’ai pris contact avec le service client.

L’échange a été simple et efficace : ils ont été réactifs, compréhensifs et ont su proposer une solution rapidement. Un remboursement partiel m’a été accordé, ce qui est appréciable.

Au final, même s’il y a eu un problème, le service après-vente a été sérieux et professionnel. Je reste satisfait de mon expérience avec Bito.
