I usually am a bit lazy leaving reviews, so for me to leave 2 is unheard of, loved my first bag so ordered a 2nd, I chased delivery & had a response from the owner within the hour!!! in days of AI & huge companies, the response was lovely & unexpected, can’t wait for bag 2 & will be ordering bag 3

My first purchase from Betsy & Floss was a small navy Luca bag which is perfect for evenings out. I then bought the large Luca in tan - ideal for dog walks. Fits phone, cardholder, house keys and poop bags. Everyone admires the bags as they are both stylish and functional, so much so that I have bought them as gifts for most of my friends and family. Betsy and Floss have always been incredibly responsive when I have had a query so all in all great bags and great customer service!

I have purchased 5 bags from Betsy & Floss over the last couple of years. High quality products that last really well and still look like new. I have only had one minor defect which was that the fixing for a strap had come unsewn. Upon contacting B&F the customer service was second to none. They advised me to return the bag, even though it was well over a year old, they completed the repair and couriered it back to me all Free of Charge. I highly recommend this amazing company who provide high quality leather bags and deliver excellent customer service. I will happily buy from them again.

I’m so happy with my purchase. I bought for my mom and she loves her gift :). Fast delivery and great service. I’d buy again! Good luck!

Outstanding service. Beautiful bags. Highly recommend. I had a problem with my bag and they rectified within a week.

I have ordered a few bags from Betsy & Floss. The first a basket bag and now I’ve added a leather one to my collection. I don’t usually leave reviews but the quality and care has been incredibly high. Love my bags, thank you 🙏 I can’t wait to add a 3rd to my collection soon.

I love my Jesi bag! I love that it comes with two straps and works as a clutch and handbag. I added my initials and it turned out great, lovely quality. Arrived promptly. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Received my Manarola bag and I love it! Can carry all the childrens bits and bobs and still looks stylish. Had a question before ordering and customer service was really helpful. Thank you. Delivery was pretty quick too.
Looking to order another bag now 😊

Great service & a really lovely quality bag. Would definitely buy from again & recommend.

Fabulous bags! I love my personalised Modena Large Crossbody Tassel Bag. Everyone always comments on it. I have also bought gifts for teachers from Betsy and Floss. Great customer service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Lovely crossbody bag with gorgeous straps. The personalisation was the icing on the cake and really well done. Such a lovely gift. Customer service was also great when it came to the personalisation request. Thanks Betsy & Floss 🙏

Received my Betsy and Floss bag yesterday and I love it! Leather is buttery soft and is the perfect summer bag 🤍 This is my third B&F bag and will definitely be buying more!

I've ordered several items from Betsy and Floss now, and couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, the leather feels premium, durable, and beautifully finished. The bag looks even better in person than it did online.

Ordering was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the item arrived carefully packaged. It's clear that a lot of attention has gone into both the product and the customer experience.

I've already received several compliments on my bag and would definitely purchase from this company again. If you're looking for a stylish, well-made leather bag that will last for years, I would highly recommend them.

I’ve just added a 4th B&F bag to my collection. NEEDED the gold!
Arrived when advised and packaged beautifully.

I absolutely love my bag! I literally ordered it and got it a couple of days later. Super happy with my purchase and also the quality of the bag. Will definitely purchase again!

I’ve received no confirmation email of my order and the money has been charged to my card. I’ve sent 2 emails but had no reply. … beware anyone buying from them
