22nd march - sent email with wish for an order. After 4 day they responded. I’ve immediately confirmed I’m interested in placing an order. It’s been 5 days since my last email and still waiting for an order. How this is even possible in 2026?

Waited more than a month on my Blazar mantis lense just to let me know that they received the wrong lense. They asked if i wanted my refund to which i replied yes. Its been 5 days and i haven’t heard anything from them nor received my refund. This is really poor service.

Great product, fast shipping, beautifully packaged. My kit lens had a subtle variation in barrel radius and Better Focus shipped me an additional gear to try at no charge! This is an attention to customer satisfaction that you don't see very much. Outstanding vendor.

I ordered a set of Blazars and a black promist filter from Better Focus. They took a while to arrive but the service was great! Overall experience was great so I'm highly recommending Better Focus!

I found the focus gear listed for my specific lens from their site. I searched the page for the diameter of the gear they recommended for my lens to verify it's correct but there are no dimensions listed on the product page. Since lens focus rings have different diameters it seems like the most basic information would be to provide the customer the diameter of the gear you are selling so they can verify eg. "this gear is fits a diameter of xx-xx." But that's not the case with this seller. So, instead I double checked the image of the lens on their site and it the same as the lens I own. So I trusted that the gear I ordered would actually fit the lens listed.

Then the gear arrived and it's not even close. The seller prints on the invoice to email them for immediate replacement. So I did that. After multiple emails I still have gotten no response.

Given the quality of the item I did receive, it seems like the correctly sized gear would be a decent option; however, I can't recommend this seller given their unwillingness to provide basic information at the time of sale, poor communication, and inability to match the correct product for its intended use.
I've since checked with other companies who also sell follow focus gears and they all list the diameter or diameter range of the specific item you are buying on the product page. With this information the buyer can verify that the product they are ordering is actually going to fit. So it doesn't seem like an unreasonable ask.

Better focus rings are high quality and smooth. I had a small hiccup with sizing and they fixed it immediately.

ordered a whole set of lenses with a few extras. Although set was out of order everywhere they managed to send everything within 5 weeks.

reliability you would expect from a German store, impeccable service, I even got answers on Sunday. I bought a black Blazar 1.5x anamorphic adapter, more than a month to arrive in Italy but I'm satisfied.

I like that they quickly responded to my e-mails, and that they answered and solved all the questions that I had, prior and after I bought the Blazer Remus Anamorphic lenses. I received the lenses in time for the shoot, and the performance and the built quality was even better than expected.

Super service. My gear broke after some years of use. I told Better Focus. And 4 days later i got a new gear in the mail in the Netherlands. Wow! What a costumer service.

Ordering was quick and simple enough, the product explanation and finding/fitting to your actual lens(es) works great, checkout and follow-up communications all were super professional, delivery was timely.

The product itself is exactly as I would expect: generally a tight fit, yet flexible enough to slip on the lens body without a struggle, and then snug tight without any slipping when using it.

I highly recommended the better-focus products.
