I attended a 2-day Certified Scrum Product Owner course with BetterChange, led by Bent Myllerup, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Bent created a welcoming and inclusive environment. His presence and engagement ensured that everyone felt involved. He was particularly effective at using varied teaching techniques, combining group work, open discussions and interactive exercises to keep the energy high and the learning practical.
The course provided me with a strong understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum, how the roles work together and how they contribute to overall business strategy and value creation.
I gained significant insight and left with a much clearer perspective on how to approach my future role within my organization. A highly valuable and well-delivered course that I would strongly recommend.

I attended the CSPO training. Key concepts very well explained! Niels structured the course nicely, engaged participants with interactive scenarios, created simple yet thought provoking hand-drawn charts. No overwhelming slide shows. Also well timed breaks between topics helped us stay attentive throughout.

I attended both the ICP-ATF and the ICP-ACC with Russell Hill in November and December 2024. The training was comprehensive, practical and very interactive. I learned a lot of techniques, some of them I have already put into practice.

I recently attended a 2-day Certified Scrum Master training with Niels, and it was an exceptional experience. Niels was an outstanding trainer, offering a thorough understanding of Scrum. His IT background allowed him to connect with our everyday challenges, providing practical insights on improving our Scrum practices in real-world scenarios. This made the theoretical concepts both relatable and actionable. I highly recommend this training for anyone looking to deepen their Scrum knowledge and enhance their workflow.

A great experience - a good learning setting was given by Bent who made a good mix of small exercises, great drawings and company related examples - the management group all agreed that it was time well invested.

I've participated in Bent's training on agile coaching. In general, it was very intensive and valuable 3 days. What impressed me most, is that there weren't boring presentations as someone mentioned below. There was visual facilitation that helped us to understand information more easily.

The main thing that I would like to suggest is to choose one real-world case and analyze it through all the exercises that we did. It would be more valuable to do it together with the group instead of letting them do all the exercises with new stories on their own. We lack reflections on whether we did exercises correctly or not. Doing exercises together would help to better understand how to behave in one or another situation. Maybe it's a cultural thing that how we (Lithuanians) like learning. Other than that everything is perfect! Highly recommend it!

I participated in Certified Agile Coach​ (ICP-ACC) trainings and loved it. It was tailored to our needs slightly as well as we received one great practical coaching session by Bent Myllerup (upon teams request). 3 days long sessions were very intense and covered many practical tasks, but nevertheless it was super fun. Bent himself is very humble and friendly.

Great training, very engaging and easy to follow. The absence of ppt is wonderful and I love attending "Training from the Back of the Room" type training.

Very experienced and good teacher. The 2 days flew by and had a good mix of classroom teaching, group work and presentations, so it never got boring. I learned a lot of new stuff, even though I already had experience with Scrum.

I've learned a lot during the intensive 2-day Agile Leaadership certification with Better Change. It's worth every euro, because our trainer Bent selflessly shares his decades long experience in an engaging way: not a single slide, we were in discussion all the time, and the approach is very realistic – there's no silver bullet, just ways we might test what will work for our specific company and circumstances. I would give it 6 stars out of 5, if that was an option.

I have just finished the two day agile leadership course delivered by Bent! A completely interactive two days based on training from the back of the room. I left the course full of energy and ready to start applying what I have learned and made “sticky” from applying it to my situation. Enjoy the course and would recommend! Bent is a natural trainer with ability to simplify Leaderships jargon with everyday example. Thank you for a the enjoyable 2 days.

The 2 days PO scrum training course was a perfect mixture of theory, excercises and discussions. Not a standard training with Powerpoint slides but original handwritten flipover pages and drawings. Niels has so much experience and knowledge in the domain that he was able to give us a lot of insights and approaches for different issues. I could recommend Niels from Better Change to anyone!

I've spent two days gaining a lot of insights and learnings.
Finally, I got a structural review of the scrum and got answers to some of my questions.
It was also fun.

Bent is a captivating trainer that engages everyone and uses his extensive experience without losing focus on the participants. The Agile Coaching training was a great mapping and connecting exercise of many models I already knew but hadn't seen like Bent delivered it. Thanks also to Russ for the smooth organisation-
