Betterfelt レビュー

I just bought a second pair of men's EU size 47 Daisy model ankle-high slipper. They fit my size 13E feet perfectly. The first pair I got have the leather sole which is super-soft and flexible, not like a hard sole on a shoe. It is as soft as any leather slipper/moccasins. But the sole has worn very well despite my wearing them out walking on asphalt and concrete for the past year. The felt is very warm and comfy. I bought the second pair with the gum-rubber soles to wear when its been raining outside and my driveway and sidewalks are wet. This new pair is equally excellent in all regards.and the rubber sole is just as comfie and flexible as the rubber sole. If you buy a leather-sole pair and only wear them indoors, then they are GREAT to wear to bed and keep your tootsies warm at night when it is 55° inside the house to save energy. THANKS, Betterfelt!

First, I have to say that the shoes themselves are top notch. My wife loved them so much, that we immediately ordered a second pair. I am not exaggerating when my wife said they were life changing for her. However, the reason why I would give this company beyond five stars is their customer service. Through no fault of their own, we had problems with the second pair ordered. Betterfelt went above and beyond to work with me to resolve the issue. I've been in the customer service industry for over 25 years, and I will be using this experience as a training example for my future employees.

Love these house shoes! Easy to slip on and keep my feet super warm in frigid North Dakota.

This is an inspiring company with beautiful and thoughtful design and ethical business practices. I love the look and feel of the slippers. They have excellent, personalized customer service and supported an exchange despite international shipping hurdles. Take their advice and measure carefully, referencing their products' size chart to be certain, or definitely reach out to them if you're not sure.

Perfect for my cold feet, soft and comfortable

Best slippies ever.

Thank you for the cosiest shoes I've ever owned!

These are the most amazing slippers!

After much research about sustainable shoe companies, I decided to order a pair of Betterfelt slippers for my husband as a Christmas gift. I like that they use sustainable wool and are a certified fair trade company. On top of how great they are as a business, these slippers are fantastic. My husband instantly fell in love and after a few days, he finally let them go for a few minutes so I could try them on. While trying his on, I immediately ordered myself a pair.

They're soft, comfortable, and keep my feet warm without making my feet sweat (a rarity with slippers). I'll be ordering my parents and sister some for next Christmas so everyone can enjoy these perfect slippers!

They were beautiful slippers and arrived quickly. I wore them Christmas morning! I love them.

My experience was incredibly positive.

I measured before ordering, but upon arrival they didn’t fit. (Pro tip: order one size larger, two sizes if you plan to wear with socks.) They were incredibly responsive, and sent me two replacement pairs to make sure they fit. I’m so glad they did, because the larger size fits perfectly! That part was great, but I like the slippers even more. They’re warm, great soles, and with simple, classic aesthetic.

I hope the slippers last a long time, but regardless, I know where my next pair is coming from!

These felt slippers are the most comfortable things I have ever had on my feet! They were ordered late on the 12th and shipped on the 13th. The felt is quite thick, the craftswomanship is the best. We keep our house on the cool side with hardwood floors and my feet have never been warmer. If you've never tried felt, you should!

These are excellent quality slippers. The customer service is great and my order was shipped quickly.

My wife liked my so much I had to get her her own pair.

Great customer service and warm shoes. The boots are not the softest but they are plenty comfortable and super warm. I like how they cover up your ankles and are still easy to put on and take off.

I normally buy my Betterfelt slippers when visiting family in Denmark but this time I thought I would try purchasing online. All worked out perfect. Love my slippers.

Beautiful color wonderful craftsmanship I love love love them perfect fit these are the best slippers you will ever buy

We love the betterfelt shoes - so much that everyone in the family has one now! I have had mine for over 1 year now and also got them for my wife and parents. highly recommend for indoor usage. Additional bonus features: barefoot feeling and zero heel to toe drop and a wide toe box.

My feet are toasty warm! I was worried that the soles might be a little slippery but haven't had that problem at all. Leaving a review specifically to note that customer service was TOP NOTCH. My order got associated with a different tracking number for shipping, and the snafu was resolved before I even noticed the issue!

I just absolutely love these slippers! Really soft and comfortable. I bought my second pair with the rubber soles. I would highly recommend these to anyone.
