Very user friendly and a great way to schedule and communicate with volunteers.

Of the volunteer databases I have used, Better Impact is one of the easiest to navigate and user friendly for the volunteers. The ability to chat with a real human when needing assistance is great, the response time is always fast!

In my opinion, Better Impact has truly been a wonderful! From the very beginning, their team has demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring our success. What stands out the most is their exceptional accessibility. The readily available chat option is a game-changer, allowing us to get quick answers and support whenever we need it.

Beyond their immediate responsiveness, Better Impact offers a wealth of resources to help us maximize the potential of their software. The numerous training videos are clear, concise, and easy to follow, and the various training opportunities they provide have been invaluable in deepening our understanding of the system's capabilities.

Their ability to explain how we could tailor the software to our unique operational needs has been amazing. Our organization utilizes volunteer management in a way that isn't exactly how the software was intended for. Better Impact has worked closely with us to configure and even generate specific functionalities that align perfectly with our workflows. This level of flexibility and support is what you hope for. I have been using Better Impact for years in the volunteer realm and WOW it is the best system I have had the pleasure of using. If you haven't switched yet... you should. Easy to use for volunteers of all ages and backgrounds too!

OVerall, this platform has been so beneficial in managing our volunteer crew for our events!

This has been a night and day difference from the pen and paper method of keeping track of volunteer hours we had been using, with all the "fun" of trying to accurately record hours and work locations for everyone! Moving to a new process, while having the potential for change issues at every turn, was surprisingly smooth for the vast majority of users and administrators. Once we demonstrated how intuitively the flow of recording each person's work location and number of hours for each shift, and the understanding how important it is for the accurate recording of same for each volunteer, the use and overall approach to the system became probably one of the best received and quickest adopted systems we have in our organization! From someone who has seen their share of programs, process changes, systems training, and several new adoption trainings for staff groups from 10 to 1000, this ranks in my top five and I couldn't recommend it more!

Support is excellent! I've had several occasions to request support in my 8 years as an administrator. Each time, customer service reps were responsive and each issue was quickly resolved.
Additionally, the ease with which I'm able to run reports and email volunteers is so helpful in managing the volunteers.

The software has cut down in a great deal of administrative busy work by allowing our volunteers to update their own contact information, to sign up for shifts they can make and eliminates our staff from managing lists in multiple spreadsheets. The ability to send out emails and have multiple admins see that communication also saves plenty of overhead time.

Better Impact is an invaluable tool when coordinating large numbers of volunteers who undertake differing roles. It allows scheduling of and communicating with volunteers easy and the reporting functions allow us to show the value of our work. There are lots of customisable options so it means you can really make it work for you.

Our volunteers were skeptical initially, but once they were shown how easy the system is to use, they are all on board. It is very user friendly, from both the admin side and volunteer side. We are so glad we swtiched.

This system is user-friendly and can be learned quickly. Several of our volunteers are retirees who have an entry level understanding of computers. They are easily able to utilize the platform across all their devices - laptops, tablets and phones.

I have explored several other options, but none match up to our needs like BI. I know I am not using it to its full potential, so I can only imagine how much better it can get and continue to get.

I have really come to love using this program to help build our team's schedules and coordinate plans for our events. At first it took me a bit to work through how to use it, and I am sure there is more I can do, but overall it does a really good job.
