I've been using Better Impact over the past 6 years in a variety of volunteering organisations. What impresses me is the continued improvement of the software built on the needs of both volunteer managers and their volunteers. It continues to become more responsive, adding more functionality, but without complexity, which saves us time and allows us to better build cohesive and well-functioning volunteer teams.

Recently running my department's volunteer programme, I find Better Impact a simple yet broad and multipurpose way of recruiting and structuring our volunteer teams.

Better Impact continues to impress me with its versatility for our needs. Managing volunteers in a continuous capacity and significant seasonal events nationally. Each has complexities, requirements, and restrictions, and we have been able to work with this software. The online support by staff is greatly appreciated and efficient. The online resources are well-constructed and easy to follow, and the software is very user-friendly and easy to learn on the fly. There are always areas for improvement, and it would be nice to have updates to be more regular. It would also be great for more adaptability for the different regions (countries). SMS out-out versus the current op-in would be advantageous.

Enjoying the instructional videos. Like the way that the pages are organized. Badges ...great incentives...if there was a gold star to be had I was all about that growing up. It's in my DNA.

Better Impact is a great software tool for managing a volunteer base. After personally using it for over a year, I'm still finding new features to incorporate into our program. The one drawback - I wish they make the app a little more user friendly (less redundancy in clocking in, etc) and I wish they released new features more frequently! Overall - I am happy with this platform and would recommend it to others!

I have been using Better Impact for almost 4 years. We have a large volunteer pool and bring in about 3,500 applications a year. This is the only platform that I believe can manage this quantity for the price point they offer. Just over two years ago our organization decided to move away from Better Impact. A few long months later we ended up coming back because we knew we had made a mistake. We appreciate Better Impact and what they offer for the price.

Great customer service when in a pickle. We use the Better Impact System in our voluntary services team across various activities and purposes, and have found it easy to navigate and keep records.

Before better impact we were using excel to chase up expired qualifications and send emails took a long time with better impact it has improved our performances greatly

Lots of functions, easy to use.

This is a site that has endless possibilities that can help you with everything that you need!! The only downside is that there's too many things that the training on this is TOO long and too much information.

Easy to use. Comprehensive data keeper with simple to use communication, contact, reporting and search tools among others.

Works well for it's intended purpose and is functional for our organization needs. The support is phenomenal always quick, helpful and friendly.

Does exactly what we need it to do and is easy to adapt and follow.

The Technical Support Team at Better Impact is always ready to assist our staff and this is very important to us as clients. If you want to be sure you will have the support you need and work with a company that has a friendly team available to you when needed, this is the company for you!

The Better Impact team is superb with assisting in setting things up from the start to being on stand by for any question you need on the fly. I am still learning a lot about this software but truly love it. There is so much you can do with it and it really allows you to communicate with your volunteers with ease. I still have a lot to learn but am confident with the consistent help that is always available. Highly recommend!!

Better Impact has a little bit of everything for every module. I work heavily in the Volunteer Impact side of things and couldn't be happier with the autonomy my volunteers get to use when scheduling, reporting volunteer hours, checking their availability, tracking their qualifications, completing eLearning Modules, leaving feedback after volunteer shifts, and reviewing documents I have for them all just by logging into their volunteer portal.

Better Impact has made managing our volunteers, our organizational activities and tracking our volunteer hours so much easier. Not only for us but for our volunteers. Having the app as well as massive amount of backend controls is a game changer. Really impressed with the support as well, I have never been disappointed or walked away still with the question. In 25 years of working with volunteers this was definitely the biggest improvement I've been able to implement with such fantastic results.

My animal shelter was using an expensive and antiquated Volunteer Management Software before making the switch to Better Impact. While change itself can be overwhelming, the Better Impact team made the transition as smooth as possible. Between the sales person answering questions transparently (not just to "make a sale") and the new client check-ins post-sale, everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure this was the right software for us. We've been using it since September (about five months now) and it has been instrumental in growing our Volunteer Program, overhauling the onboarding process, and just making things easier for our staff to manage recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers. After evaluating six volunteer management systems over more than a year, Volunteer Impact was the clear winner. Since implementation, it has even exceeded our high expectations for coordinating our volunteer emergency responders, both in 'blue skies' and in crisis deployment situations which involve constantly-changing shifts. And the staff -- oh boy, the staff. Their knowledge and dedication are unmatched in any industry, from initial contact through ongoing support more than a year later.

I don't think I have ever written an online review in my life, but Better Impact is so good I am compelled to sing their praise to anyone who will listen.

The systems Volunteer Impact has replaced for us include Volgistics, SignupGenius, Emma, Tockify, and a video learning/quiz system. We now have *far* better capabilities and less overhead -- all at a lower price point.
