I had questions about my order and David responded right away answering all of my questions. So far customer service is great. Also, my doll looked just like the pictures that were advertised on the website.

My shipping experience was a nightmare, box was smashed by courier and merch was damaged. David replaced and resent without hesitation. Customer service can be just as important as the product. The product for the price is exceptional especially as an introduction. The C/S is just as exceptional if not better.. Thank you for turning what seemed to be a disaster a great experience

This is the best website and customer service I've ever seen. They reply fast, give perfect suggestions and correct information all the time. I ordered more times from them and it is very likely I'll order again if I need something in this category. Nothing is impossible for them.

This is already the second doll I have ordered from this vendor within a year. Both models were shipped from the European warehouse and were genuine products, no counterfeits. Given the relatively low prices, one might initially assume otherwise, but in reality you receive exactly the same quality as from significantly more expensive sellers.

My most recent purchase was a Sigafun doll in the 159 cm version. Everything matches the description perfectly: gel-filled breasts and articulated fingers are included as specified (here you get scammed sometimes with hollow breasts with this cheap prices, but not here). The additional S-TPE material I selected is also exactly as described - it is noticeably softer than standard TPE, while still being firmer than Ultra Soft TPE. It represents a well-balanced middle ground and is definitely the least oily variant I have experienced so far.

The Support is also very friendly and fast, will answer you every question you have before you buy something.

Overall, I can fully recommend this shop.

Good things will come to those who will wait! It takes exactly 6 to 8 weeks for the doll to be ordered and manufactured. All you need is patience. Then your silicone companion will arrive to you in 10 to 15 business days.

This was my first time buying so naturally I was a little nervous. I just received my order and am absolutely blown away with how lifelike it is. The detail is immaculate and David was fantastic as well. He answered my concern immediately and my order arrive within 6 days all the way across the country. As always, David is fantastic. The doll was exactly what I ordered, and any issues during shipping are always taken care of immediately. I couldn’t ask for better service. Better Love Doll is the king!

Doll came just as I ordered. The only thing I didn't like was that I have to get powder to put on the skin to make it dry and smooth but that's easily fixable with a visit to an adult store. And thong it comes with is really flimsy and tangles before you can get it on the doll, but no biggie there either. All in all, I'm happy.

The couch is a great product. Its interior padding protects your investment. The electronic proximity lock (operated with credit card format key) works well. The couch requires assembly, which was straight forward and easy. Tip: take your time lining up the hinged top lid. It needs to align with the electronic lock hardware that is pre-mounted. Overall, very sturdy. One more thing: ALWAYS specify "signature delivery". I hadn't and almost paid the price. The box arrived opened on one end. FedEx was the shipper. Luckily for me, no hardware was lost.
