Staff were incredibly helpful and one of them assisted me with packing my purchase.
A few days later, when I opened package, I realized that it was one of the best purchases I made in the past year!

Their customer service was exceptional, and I learned that if I encountered any issues they would promptly send me necessary parts for free express delivery.
To be honest, I occasionally buy something from Better Music, and I always enjoy it. This definitely one of the best music stores in Australia!

I recently purchased a Roland VAD706 at their annual sale, and the whole experience was great! Except for a little bit of chaos when the doors opened...

They were very helpful, and a staff member helped me pack the car. As I was driving home, they rang me to let me know that I had forgotten the floor tom, which was an excellent observation on their part.

A few days later, when I unpacked the kit, I realised I had left the power cord and that they had forgotten to give me the parts that were originally in the box. So, I gave them a ring to let them know.

Their customer support was excellent, and right away, the head of the drum department shipped me the parts that were missing with express delivery at no extra cost.

Every now and then, I purchase a few things at Better Music and have always had a smooth experience. They are certainly one of the best music stores in Australia!

I purchased a hard case for my Taylor GS Mini. Nathan ‘Noof’ spoke to me at length about the pros and cons vs the Aerocase I was considering- with no sales pressure at all. Kai assisted me with the sale, and responded instantly to some particular requirements. Thanks Kai! Shipping to Gold Coast was 2 1/2 days, really quick I thought, with Anzac Day in between. Overall an easy pleasurable purchasing experience, thank you Better Music.

Don't go with Better Music. They use bad freight company Freight Express who subcontract out to numerous localised dodgy freight handlers who are uncontactable and unaccountable. Better Music leave their sales staff to handle backlash. My item was over $500 and still got charged $22 for freight. Told they will bring it to me when there are enough packages going to my area. Earliest will be 11 days from dispatch!
