ya la usé y el olor del líquido no es tan fuerte como el de otros que compré antes, igual la espuma no se queda pegada y eso me sorprendió bastante, directo a la estantería porque sí funciona.

Pesa más de lo que imaginaba
Ya la tengo en la estufa, apenas abrí la caja noté que el peso era mucho más real que cualquier sartén básica que tenía antes. No es incómodo, pero al agarrarla se siente solidez, y el mango no se afloja. No he notado marcas en la superficie después de usarla.

Aspiradora de coche inalámbrica defectuosa y reembolso lento
Recientemente compré una aspiradora de coche inalámbrica de alta potencia 13000Pa/30AW, y comenzó a emitir humo la primera vez que la encendí, por lo que está completamente averiada. Informé del problema y le comuniqué por correo electrónico al servicio al cliente que era un asunto serio. Al ser un producto defectuoso, considero que justificaría un reembolso completo o el envío de un reemplazo; sin embargo, la respuesta fue solo reembolsar la mitad, sin más explicaciones. Por lo tanto, tenga cuidado y no lo recomiendo.
Reporté este asunto al servicio al cliente varias veces; Kayee fue la segunda representante con la que hablé. Me prometió el segundo reembolso parcial el 13 de noviembre de 2025, según el correo de las 16:43, pero no ocurrió. Luego le envié correos de seguimiento los días 19/11 y 23/11 a las 7:01 AM respectivamente, pero aún no recibí respuesta. Por favor, revisen los hilos de correo electrónico del servicio al cliente sobre mi pedido #RUV9720. (Segundo actualización el 25/11/2025)
Después de dos correos más de seguimiento, finalmente recibí el segundo reembolso parcial.

Fake product. It doesn’t remove any marks and looks nothing like the one promoted on social media. It’s a scam, and I deeply regret the purchase.

Stod att det var ett handgjort knivställ, såg betydligt större och snyggare ut på bild, går inte att använda. När jag hörde av mig förstod de inte och gav mig ett alternativ; stå för dyr retur själv till Kina eller få ca 400 kr av totala kostnaden på över 1000 kr. Trodde att det här var amerikansk, skulle inte ha varit så snabb på att beställa... känns som en dyrare version av wish, leveranstid på ca 1 månad
