So, as you know I've been doing Ketamine therapy through Better U I've been doing these treatments for over a year. I was having problems with their compound pharmacies . One batch of Troches was good. The next refill was off a bit so they told me that they've changed to another compound pharmacy. I got a refill through THIS pharmacy and still things were just not right. So, they hooked me up with a local compound pharmacy and things have been going well. Monies were exchanged, prescriptions were filled AT A SET PRICE and ofcourse "I" agreed to THAT PRICE or else I wouldn't get the medication. Now, that I've paid them for ANOTHER (3rd refill) refill at THE SET PRICE that I paid before, they are NOW telling me that I have to pay an ADDITIONAL AMOUNT to get my prescription. Mind you, the money I paid them IS for the medication but NOW they tell me I have to pay MORE MONEY / 2 TIMES the cost of what was originally agreed upon...do you smell something ? Ya , I smell something shitty too. They have said that they have been paying for my prescriptions ....and I'm like, ya, that's the money that I paid you, to pay for my prescription. Mind you, this has been going on since DAY ONE. I pay you money and you fill my prescription. So, it is to MY understanding that Better U has NOT BEEN MAKING ANY MONEY OFF OF ME and they've been paying for MY prescriptions from DAY ONE until NOW ? Is that the bullshit you are trying to feed me ? Well, to say the least, I'm not a happy camper because I had to come out of my pocket and pay an additional sum of money in order to get my prescription....you think I'm gonna let this go....pfffft, ya right.

This experience is profound. No longer am I struggling to stifle my inner thoughts until my next Dr appointment, but with these treatments I’m feeling instant relief. Not only do I feel stronger, but I feel like I’m steering the ship again.
Understand that this is a process, it’s not a ‘one and done’ solution…those do not exist, and for a good reason.
I highly recommend this treatment for anyone who struggles. Life is hard, but it doesn’t have to be anymore.
For reference, I have PTSD, depression and severe anxiety. I am 49 and have been seeing my Psychiatrist for 10 years. We have tried countless medications, but I end up feeling all the side effects from these drugs, instead. My Psychiatrist completely supports this treatment.

Better U has been wonderful to work with. I’ve tried ketamine therapy in an office setting and it’s much more comfortable being about to do the sessions at home with Better U. The Longevity program with Better U is excellent. The NAD+ product and program noticeably helped me with the many benefits the product provides, but the most immediate difference I noticed was improved steady energy and recovery. I also love the formulated pain cream. It has removed my need to take Advil when I get minor back inflammation and flare-ups.

I've been with Better U for about 2 months now and am so happy with where I am at. The relief was immediate and continues to grow, as does the learning. I am more able to engage in other supportive practices (meditation, journaling, rarely drink and if I do it is only about a 1/2 glass of wine, etc). I highly recommend being active in the integration process, both with the Better U coaches, but I also have continued seeing my therapist (though less than I used to). Entered Better U ketamine therapy program after local practitioners were too cost prohibitive. I've lived with cPTSD for over fifty years, experiencing moderate to severe anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis. After one dose, my anxiety and panic attacks were completely gone. This morning, Wednesday, March 18, 2026, there is an article on the front page of the Wall Street Journal regarding Tricia Anne Dewey who used Better U's services and ended up dead. This is an unfortunate event, but not surprising. The standard in the psychiatric community is for a nurse to observe a patient after the patient taking Ketamine.

I was diagnosed with medication resistant acute depression. I was advised to try Ketamine therapy. I found BetterU and thought their onboarding process was smooth and effective. I ended up having an issue with a shipment and the manager handling my account called me and worked everything out. He went above and beyond my expectations
Then I needed an expedited shipment based on my travel schedule. Mark, my customer service rep, followed my shipment through to ensure delivery. He was not only helpful, but absolutely delightful to speak with

I paid the full amount for 9 treatments and that was $792 minus $100 promo so $692. They charged my card the full $792. When I downloaded their portal they wanted an additional $79 per treatment unless I had someone to sit with me for 3 hours before, during and after treatment. They also required I pay for a subscription to Spotify premium so I could listen to their music. What a scam!

Better U wasn’t a “bad” experience, but it was an emotionally confusing one. I wish the expectations, structure, and pricing had been clearly explained from the start. Some of the communication I received felt defensive at moments when I was simply trying to understand what I was paying for and what support was actually included. When you’re already vulnerable and seeking help, tone matters — and the lack of clarity made the process feel heavier than it needed to be. They did try to fix things later, but the early miscommunication shaped the whole experience.

I now work with MindScape. Their process has been clearer, more clinical, and about one‑third the price of Better U. If you’re seeking care at a fair price and with a consistently respectful tone, I’d recommend giving MindScape RX a look.

Very thankful for these treatments. It has truly saved me. Awesome support group. Starting to get my life back. Have no idea where I would be if I didn’t have given Better U a try.

My experience with Ketamine therapy has exceeded my expectations. I had been taking Xanax 2 mgs three times a day since 2014....I am now Xanax free.
I have not had a single panic attack since starting Ketamine. I also have arthritis as well as a generally beat up body from 22 years in the Army. Ketamine has even decreased my arthritis pain and associated inflammation as well. It's been the singular best and most effective treatment for both my PTSD and multiple anxiety issues. It's been life changing; I wish I had discovered Ketamine therapy sooner. Highly recommend for anyone who has anxiety, depression, PTSD and even arthritis and inflammation.

They cannot even respond to emails with simple questions. This is after multiple attempts at communication. If a company cannot even answer emails, I sure as hell am not going to trust them to administer a drug.

I highly recommend Better U. I felt that they actually care about you getting what you need out of the medicine. To come out successful. They have very helpful modules to get the most of your experience. The integration coach was also very helpful. You don’t feel alone. I already feel better after 4 sessions, after being stuck for months in a dark slump.

The resources and support are wonderful. Also, the therapy is helping.
