Excellent service.

I spoke to three clinics and Radhika seems to give the most honest advice and do much more work and explain my options fully, eventhough that meant me possibly not proceeding with surgery.

By comparison, the other clinics tried to get me to book a procedure and it wasn’t clear whether that would be the best option.
I have more belief that in Radhika as she listens and tries to understand the exact situation with your eyes.

Termine nicht angehalten. Nicht ernst genommen. Immer wieder vertröstet Geduld zu haben. Verarschung pur.

I am totally satisfied with the level of expertise and knowledge of the team. The service was seamless, the staff were helpful and i peft totally satisfied. Would definitely recommend them.

My experience with betterview was fantastic from start to finish. I could not have asked for a smoother and more straight forward laser eye experience. Would 100% recommend to everyone considering laser eye treatment - do it! You won't regret it!

All of the team at betterview are so kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable the whole way through, from my first consultation to the after care. They are very easy to get in contact with if you have any worries or just have an enquiry. They are always happy to help and very reassuring. The after care from the surgeon and the team has been amazing, making sure everything is healing well etc. I’m so glad I went with betterview, it’s genuinely changed my life.

The consultation process was smooth from start to finish and the hospitality provided by was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place more to any who plan on getting a laser eye surgery consultation.

From start to finish I was clearly instructed on what will happen and how the procedure will go. Edin was really helpful throughout the process and days I visited the clinic. Good price and painless procedure (minus the little fidget bits of clips to keep eyes open / clean eyes once laser is done).
First song I posted on my IG story was “I can see clearly now…..”.

Ich habe eine Augenlaser-Behandlung bei betterview Zürich gebucht, nachdem mir im Erstgespräch versichert wurde, dass das ausgestellte Arztzeugnis von meinem Arbeitgeber akzeptiert wird. Doch nach der Buchung stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht der Fall ist, und ich nun entweder unbezahlten Urlaub nehmen oder Ferien opfern müsste – beides keine Option für mich.

Als ich betterview auf diese Fehlinformation ansprach und um eine kulante Stornierung bat, wurde ich abgewiesen. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen, verlangt die Klinik nun CHF 500 für die Stornierung – obwohl ich nur aufgrund ihrer falschen Beratung gebucht habe.

Ich hatte frühzeitig Kontakt mit der Klinik aufgenommen und versucht eine Lösung zu finden und unter anderem vorgeschlagen, die Behandlungsmethode zu ändern, um die Heilungszeit zu verkürzen und meinen Arbeitsaufalls zu minimieren. Doch anstatt eine Lösung zu finden, blieb betterview stur.

Bei betterview steht offensichtlich der Profit an erster Stelle – egal ob durch tatsächliche Behandlungen oder durch fragwürdige Stornogebühren.

Very good first appointment at Betterview in Westfield. Both members of staff were very professional and extremely helpful explaining the procedure.

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit Betterview äusserst enttäuschend. Der Umgang war völlig unprofessionell und die medizinische Abklärung wirkte oberflächlich. Risiken wurden nicht transparent kommuniziert – stattdessen wurde die Behandlung forciert.

Nach der ersten Operation kam es zu Komplikationen, sodass eine zweite notwendig war. Insgesamt hatte ich 12 Termine, zwei Eingriffe und war eine Woche krankgeschrieben, obwohl es ursprünglich hiess, ich sei nach einem Tag wieder arbeitsfähig.

Die Kommunikation lief ausschliesslich über eine externe Stelle in Winterthur, die angeblich koordinieren sollte – das hat jedoch nie funktioniert. Teamarbeit schien nicht existent und ich musste jedes Mal nachfragen und anrufen, um Brillenrezepte oder eine Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung zu erhalten.

Mein Eindruck ist, dass hier der Umsatz an erster Stelle steht, nicht das Wohl der Patienten. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, sich bei Betterview behandeln zu lassen. Jede Klinik in der Türkei arbeitet professioneller.

Very professional staff and service

I got a friendly welcome, the staff are very nice, the procedure and payment options were explained clearly. The environment is also very clean. I booked my procedure and I am looking forward to it.
