We would love to help clarify that the 5% Weekly Coinback is designed to give a small return to players whose gameplay hasn’t gone their way during the week and there is a minimum requirement to receive a Coinback. We acknowledge that it can be frustrating when wins don’t come as often as you would like, but please keep in mind that all our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). This means each spin or game outcome is completely random and independent. Your chances of winning don’t get better or worse based on previous results or how much you have redeemed. Lag can definitely take away from the fun, and we are working on improving game performance to give you a smoother experience. Any screenshot or short video you send to us as soon as the error occurs is highly appreciated. If you ever want to give it another try, we are here to support you.

While we aim to process redemptions within 24 hours whenever possible, there are times where delays can happen, especially if there are multiple verification checks or high volumes of work. We absolutely understand that being asked to complete a security procedure more than once can be frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want for any of our players.

Thank you for sharing your review and concerns, Dracos. We completely understand how discouraging it can feel when your recent gameplay has not met your expectations. We want to clarify that the return rates (RTP) on our games are fixed and do not change based on your account, whether you have won or lost in the past, or how often you play. Every spin is completely random and doesn’t “remember” what happened before, there is no pattern or adjustment based on your history. That means it is possible to go through tough streaks, even though the games are designed to offer a fair experience over time. RTP is based on long-term averages, so short-term results (good or bad) can vary a lot. That said, we are always happy to look into your account to ensure everything is functioning as intended. If you would like us to take a closer look or have additional feedback you'd like to share, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
