Fantastic service!
Staff from Be Valued were knowledgeable and helped answer my queries on choosing a new fridge. Ordered, delivered and fitted by AO, two days later. Old fridge recycled and packaging taken. So easy! Thank you Be Valued, would definitely recommend!

They charged my insurance company for replacement screen MacBook pro 13 inch 2020 £590 ,unbelievable rip off company ,I could buy never used 2020 MacBook. pro for that price

I bought an Allianz insurance policy, but they handle claims through this company, which is quite disappointing. I would not recommend. So it's good to check with the insurance company which subcontractor they use to handle claims.

Most of my telephone conversations were with Keira - she was ever so friendly and very helpful in terms of contacting people whilst I was on the phone, fully explained everything and got everything done within a short time period. Also a little thank you to Melanie too. My claim number 2522925.
Wish all companies could work like you do.

By the time I reached the correct people at Aviva, I had already spoken with numerous incorrect people at another company and was in a bit of an emotional state, especially as my precious bike had been stolen only days before.
Fortunately, the two people I was to deal with at Aviva (Melanie and Jasmine) were exceptionally friendly, helpful and calming - a miracle in this age of horrible automated messages!
Melanie and Jasmine both made sure that they took all my details quickly and efficiently, so there was no need to stress me out any further than was absolutely necessary.
In short, my experience of Aviva in general was really excellent and it took only a few short days for my claim to be dealt with. In particular though, I'd like to commend both Melanie and Jasmine for making things relatively easy and stress-free even for someone like me who suffers badly from stress!
I really appreciate their help and guidance in my difficult time. Many thanks.

The repair work to my wife's iPhone was flawless. The staff involved at the time namely Greg and Lou were friendly, professional, approachable and I was advised of everything that was to take place before the repair was done. So yes it has been weeks and wife is happy.

They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish and no job was too big for them. They helped me out beyond my expectations and Matthew was brilliant he dealt with empathy and understanding and was very thorough. I can not rate this company highly enough I would give them 50 stars if I could.

Don't understand all the positive reviews on this website. Recommend you look at other sites for more realistic over view. Our experience of Bevalued was appalling.

BeValued dealt with my claim after I reported to my insurance company (Shelia’s wheels)as my electric bike been stolen. After my insurer dealt with the claim and details got an email beValued will sorting out the replacement. 10 minutes later they called me. 2-3 email back and forth and after I sent my excess they sent me the code for voucher. I called them 2 times as first time claiming (hopefully never happen again wasn’t sure of the process or need more info). Both times responded to my call quickly and both agent was helpful and polite.

No payout of a Broken MacBook which was dropped on hard flooring after my husband fell down the stairs.

Prior to contacting the Insurance company, I took it into an Apple Store where they wouldn't allow me to fully take it out of the bag as it had too many loose components, such as screws from the base and glass from the screen. They advised that it was beyond economical repair. Therefore I contacted Aviva. I completed an online form and was then contacted by BeValued. They seemed efficient and communicated quickly advising that the laptop would be collected. I called them to advise that I needed to back-up the data before sending it. I also checked to see if I was ok to remove the data, for security reasons I wasnt comfortable sending it off with all the data on it, as I was advised that they wouldn't return the laptop if it was beyond economical repair. I wasnt advised that I had to take it to a specific retailer. The broken screen was encrypting and preventing a back-up of data, so it was removed to allow the back-up to be done. Bevalued advised that it was this that caused the damage and could've been fixed. I had sent photos of the laptop prior to the data being removed and advised of Apple's advice of it being beyond economical repair, prior to having the data backed up. BeValued said they were unable to pay out for the claim as it could've been fixed! I asked for this to be escalated as if they could have backed up the data or needed it to be taken to a specific retailer then this should have been advised to me when I called.
I feel they have used this to avoid processing the claim - an easy way to pass the buck and get out of it. I am extremely disappointed and surprised that Aviva uses a company that has a high percentage of 1 star reviews.

This claim was the first time I have claimed for anything and I am 70 years old. I found Bevalued and Aviva very helpful and fully understanding. They were so polite and explained what I needed to do. I hope that I do not have claim again but I still need insurance and have no problem in using Aviva again. Claim ref. 2513581.

They get on with the job in hand, no messing around, very strategic approach, no Dragging there feet, just got it sorted out thank you.

The experience was a bit protracted, and seemed to involve a lot of delays as things were passed back and forth between teams. However, the eventually outcome was good, and they waived my excess due to the replacement value of the item having increased substantially since the point of insurance.

This review is to give heartfelt thanks to the people at Bevalued who were given the task of compiling the losses that we suffered after a daytime burglary.

Everyone I contacted from day one was courteous and helpful.
The claim was carried out efficiently and with great professionalism.

There was one big stumbling block though, me.
This was because of the trauma I suffered in the wake of finding our home in such a state left by the burglar.
Everyone loves their home, this was a home that my wife and I built down to the last nail, and lick of paint.

Bevalued put up with me being unable to fill out forms and attach photos etc, until such time that the brain fog cleared.
A big thank you to everyone.

My first time ever having to claim on my contents insurance and it was a breeze from start to finish. My claim was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner from start to finish and settled in a few days.
