Returned from Cyprus ,this is the third time we have booked with Beverley Travel and the third time we enjoyed a great experience from booking the Holiday, to enjoying the Cypriot sun, we will be using BT again, friendly welcoming staff nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

We have travelled on 3 holidays this year organised for us by Beverley Travel and been very pleased with their service each time. They are a well-organised company with friendly staff who do their best to ensure you have a good holiday. They check beforehand to make sure everything is ready for your departure and follow up with a friendly call afterwards to check you were fully satisfied. We travelled to Malta, Mallorca and Austria this year and had three really excellent holidays. Thanks to Jackie for her friendly help and to Ricky from Hull who was so helpful when driving us down to Gatwick. Beverley Travel is ALWAYS our first choice for holidays and we recommend them highly to family and friends.

Ella sorted us out with a great value break three days before we travelled. The holiday was as described and the booking was completed quickly without any issues.

Can't recommend highly enough. I had always made my own travel arrangements, but recently Skyscanner etc has become a nightmare. I decided to try Beverley Travel as I had met the owners, and heard good things about the company, and my flight was sorted - at a price lower than I was able to find myself - quickly, efficiently, and with good cheer - by Julia. Very impressed by the service. Thank you.

Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Our honeymoon became a nightmare, thanks to repeated failures on their part. We went out of our way to prepare for this trip but we constantly had to chase them on what we actually needed. And yet despite all this chasing incredibly expensive information was missed, (a $400 one way car fee despite specifically asking about car fees).

There was a lot more wrong, as the company knows (including telling us different things at different times). There was a promise of an investigation and us being told the results. This was meant to be weeks, we've waited months.

We've decided its only fitting to warn others not to go with this company. I'm sure when things go right their fine, but when things go wrong, or they make a mistake, its been a horror show. I'm tired of chasing them, waiting patiently, or expecting anything resembling professionalism.

I wish we had organised our honeymoon ourselves, the stress caused has in no way been worth the significant cost.

Thanks to Steph at Beverely Travel for organising EVERYTHING in her usual professional manner - Hotels at Manchester Airport, Rome & Barcelona, etc, etc.

Everything went like clockwork as usual. I would really recommend Beverly Travel & Steph to anyone booking a holiday. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble & they take the stress out of the rubbish you have deal with before you go on holiday.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Can't rate Beverley Travel high enough. We are a blended family of 2 adults and 4 teenaged kids and have only ever booked holidays in the UK so booking something abroad was a little out of my comfort zone. I originally tried to book something myself but due to having so many requirements and finding it hard to find the right accommodation to suit our kids having 3 boys and 1 girl was proving really difficult. So I decided to message my friend Kelly at Beverly Travel. Kelly responded really quickly and passed my details onto Hayley who then took over our booking. Hayley listend to all our requirements (and there were a lot) and told me to leave it with her. Within just a few hrs she had sent me several Holiday destinations. In the end we chose Adeje in Tenerife because the kids were desperate to go to Siam Park. Hayley found us the perfect Hotel in a great location ticking all our boxes. I had several wobbles from reading a few bad reviews on the hotel, non of which rang true to stressing about covid travel restrictions for Spain, Hayley was so patient and emperthtic with me, nothing was ever too much for her, she was so helpful and supportive always making me feel like valued customer. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Steph a couple of times who was also fantastic and helpful. Hayley took the time to contact me a few days into our holiday to make sure all was ok and had the courtesy to call me today to make sure we had all had a good holiday. Personal touches like that make a huge difference and make you feel so valued. The team as a whole are clearly well trained in their profession and obviously love what they do. Hayley succeeded in giving our family the best holiday we could wish for and given us happy memories that will last us our lifetime.
We will definitely be booking our next Summer holiday through Beverley Travel and really recommend them.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Steph, she handled all my queries cheerfully and believe me I had many ! I have just returned from 2 weeks in Turkey and it was an absolutely brilliant holiday. This is the 3rd time I've put my trust in this company and they have never failed me, and now I wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend to anyone looking to book a stress free holiday.

Booked a holiday here for next year and the service was smooth throughout the booking process, from phoning up to going in store and booking it. I’ve never booked with a travel agent before and always done it online myself but in future I’ll certainly be booking it through Beverley travel.

Plenty of information was given about the Hotel and Resort and any questions we had was promptly answered.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I gave Jackie details of where I wanted to go and in a very short time received all the details and costing I needed only for me to completely change my mind. No problem whatsoever Jackie gave me plenty of choice and a very well informed brief on each of her selection. Once agreed which one I had chosen Jackie then went about sorting everything out and even putting in special requests to the hotel. This is the second time I have used Beverley travel and I will not go anywhere else in future. Saved me all the hassle of searching online and on both occasions they have managed to get me my holiday of choice for less than I could book it for when looking online. A great experience.

Two holidays moved from 2021 to 2022 (. . . one of these having previously been moved from 2020), a further holiday booked for July this year (fingers crossed) and all handled seamlessly.
There are many reasons for using a Travel agent rather than randomly booking online but this year they increased exponentially.
Steph, Haley and Carl have taken all the stress out of what would have been a nightmare of emails and phone calls.
We can't recommend them highly enough.
