Thank you for contacting us. As a small business we work hard to offer an excellent service within the scope of our abilities and our reputation speaks for itself. We provide each customer with step by step instructions on how to perform an easy and successful return as well as immediate assistance every step of the way.
We understand your frustration, and as a reminder: Beyond Borders Collective is NOT responsible to cover for shipping costs due to external errors made by the customer or the carrier that are out of our control, specially if the information on the return label purchased by the customer does not match the information Beyond Borders Collective provided on the step by step email, which is the case for your order as the address did NOT match the information in question.
In result, packages will be sent back to the customer or in some cases even get lost in transit.
