prodotto pagato, ordinato e mai ricevuto, sono dei truffatori, andro' alla polizia postale a fare denuncia per truffa, fate attenzione!!

Absolute daylight robbery. Ordered got a tracking which has been “in transit” for 2 months. No reply to mails asking for update and refund. SCAM! 😡

Wish I could give no stars - don't buy from this business. They are con men pure and simple. Customer Services are terrible when they actually reply, they delete your comments on Facebook.

Prodotto mai consegnato, assistenza evasiva

Ho acquistato un power bank dal sito Beyond Chargers a inizio dicembre. Il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma il prodotto non è mai stato consegnato.

Il tracking risulta bloccato da settimane con una dicitura generica (“out-of-home delivery”) senza alcuna indicazione di punto di ritiro, tentativo di consegna o corriere locale.

Ho contattato più volte l’assistenza clienti: le risposte sono state sempre vaghe (“è in transito”, “stiamo monitorando”), senza mai fornire una prova reale di spedizione o consegna. Alla mia richiesta di documentazione ufficiale del corriere, mi è stato inviato solo uno screenshot di un aggregatore di tracking, che non dimostra nulla.

Dopo settimane di attesa e nessuna soluzione concreta, sono stato costretto ad avviare una procedura di chargeback tramite banca e Apple Pay, come previsto in caso di merce non ricevuta.

Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo venditore. La mia esperienza è stata di totale mancanza di trasparenza e di prodotto mai arrivato.

Alle ud af alle har givet 1 stjerne ⭐️ og de alle har det problem at der går flere måneder før chargeren kommer og når den endelige kommer er den i stykker det er det alle skriver herinde tjek selv inden i laver den kæmpe fejl at bestille fra den hjemmeside her

If I had the chance I would give 0 star .
They send me a charger after a month what didn’t even work . Nothing like on the description. I asked for a refund , they pushed me to ask a replacement. I asked to send a refund I don’t want this product and they just ignoring me . they’re clearly scammers . PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DONT ORDER FROM THEM !

First- the item is shipped from China and takes forever to arrive. When my item arrived it did not work. The instructions are in Chinese. I got in touch with the helpline and whilst bad exchanges were made I was asked if I wanted a replacement which I agreed to. Despite repeated messages over 2 days no response received. So the customer service is poor as well. Bottom line is I will never go to this vendor again and if I could have given it zero stars I would have.

I placed an order over a month ago. The seller claimed that due to new regulations, they couldn’t ship to my location. I provided an alternative address, but since then, there has been no shipment and no response from their support team. At this point, it feels like a potential scam. I will update this review if the situation changes

No email or contact. Paid £130 for chargers, one big scam

Well for one it took forever to arrive. Two the little magnetic ring that came with the charger to attach to your phone won't work through the case, and when you take the case off and attach, and go to remove it stays attached to the charger 😑. And thirdly well unlike the videos which shows the actors handle the phone with the charger attached, maybe if you use a pot holder it gets really hot too hot to hold. Don't plan on taking it on my next overseas trip. Ohh customer service really sucks

Ordered a cable which turned out to be faulty.
Made contact via email to ask for a replacement (had to email twice before I received a response), promised replacement cable never arrived.
Following multiple further emails, I eventually asked for a refund. Emails were ignored so moved to chat service.
Was eventually promised a refund which after 3 weeks hadn't been received. Had to chase up multiple times again before a refund was issued. Had I not done so, I would never have been refunded despite them saying I had been.
I must have spent about 2 hours chasing them.
Utter rubbish.

Absolute scam company! No response to cancel an order and refund. Two weeks later, still not shipped.

No response to repeated requests after taking money - no sign of shipment.

Bought a charger which they claim was broken on delivery, I think it was just of terrible quality. They stopped emailing back after I requested a refund.

Terrible company. Charger arrived weeks after expected delivery, even though I paid for fast shipping. Tried to return, as it was meant to be a gift, but the email address bounced back. Tried another email and never got a response. For such an expensive product, the customer service is terrible and I will never buy from again.

Charger never properly working - had to plug in and out again to get it to work. It doesn't work at all now. I've emailed to ask for a solution but the email address bounced back as undeliverable - I found another address, but I'm not optimistic I'll ever hear back from them.

Item tracks as delivered but not received. I was to to contact "England GB" to follow this up. No other replies or information, very poor, do not use

I contacted the company twice for shipping questions, and they never replied. The charger eventually came and worked for one day, then it literally stopped working. I would avoid this company!

Bought after seeing Instagram ads.

Ordered 31st October. Nothing. Contacted after a few weeks and advised of delay due to ‘device improvements’ via what looked like automated customer service.

Chased again after another week, advised it’d be shipped soon.

Asked for a refund on 21/11, which they said they would do.

Never received - chargeback in progress.
