Beyondspace レビュー

Hi. Wow! You made the purchasing and installation of your code very easy! I had your plugin working in less than 5 minutes and I am brand new to Squarespace.
I would have given you 5 stars but there is one key bit of instruction I would like to know now that I have your wonderful plugin working.
What is the recommended image dimension, jpeg quality setting, and file size for best results for zooming with your plugin? There are constraints such as page load in time to consider so I'm wondering how best to balance the image dimensions with the quality setting of the Jpeg for the file size it creates. Can you recommend a setting that works best? Thank you.

The Beyondspace Lightbox Studio was exactly what my website needed. I am not very good with coding or anything and it was super easy to install. It even has a playground where I can adjust features before implementing the code on my website which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Beyondspace and will absolutely look to them for additional website functionality once my website has the need.

Fantastic calendar datepicker feature/product that's helped us launch sooner vs. later and their team is so helpful with their after-purchase support. Their blog has a wealth of insights as well. I highly recommend them!

The service was fantastic, I had an issue with the Lightbox and how it was rendering the images and within minutes I had a reply that it was being investigated and then a day later a fix was received.
Would recommend!

fixed a core feature that is missing on squarespace by default

installation was simple and took less than 5 minutes

Niang was amazing to talk to! I had a few teething issues because technology is a bit difficult for me, but Niang was so quick to respond and willing to help wherever possible. I was so happy when I could finally choose my days of deliveries and when I have time off! She has made it super easy to use (once you know how) and I am even able to change the colours of the date picker to match my website! Highly reccomend!

Easy to install and set up plugin. Very responsive and proactive customer service.

I had been looking for a way to make my Squarespace gallery lightboxes more dynamic for months; I needed photos to be zoomable, and I needed videos to display within a lightbox, and I needed these to happen within the same gallery; and Beyondspace was able to achieve this flawlessly.

I had been working internally on making videos within a lightbox, and had got it working through a pretty messy line of code which meant it was hard to maintain and update. I recently purchased their Lightbox Studio Plugin as a way of making my lightbox images zoomable, as this is natively impossible within Squarespace - however my video code now had stopped working. I reached out to Beyondspace who took the time out of their day to help me, and update their plugin to support videos, and it works absolutely flawlessly!

They were incredibly helpful, patient, and insightful throughout the whole process, and offered a level of support I was not expecting from a Squarespace plugin developer.

I had been holding off on launching my new portfolio for 6 months as I could not get the videos and lightbox side right - as a visual based freelancer this is crucial to my business - and with their now updated plugin, I was able to make the updates needed within a couple of hours, and launched my portfolio that same day. I would not have been able to have done it without them.

I hold Beyondspace in the highest regard, and I urge you to work with them on anything you might need. I am certain they will not only meet your needs and exceptions, but surpass them.

Great customer support. Plugin works exactly as I hoped!

I have a bakery and have been searching for a calendar style widget for our shop (with cutoff times and preorder lead time capacity -- which has been difficult to find). Beyondspace's custom datepicker is exactly what I needed. I am absolutely not a coder and couldn't figure out the install initially, but Ngan was super responsive and helpful, and directed me through each step.

Very easy to get up and running. No issues at all. I first tested the website, and had a user test, on the trial page using many devices and once satisfied I purchased. The total time to get up and running, including purchasing and activation was under 10 min. I went back and customized a few options and all seems to work well.

Excellent customer service on top of a great plugin. Niang walked me through installing this feature through a markdown box in the footer section for my squarespace site that's only on a "Personal" plan (apparently the installation is a bit trickier when not using a business plan or above. In either case, really pleased.

Lightbox Studio is a brilliant plugin, and the after sales service from Niang at Beyondspace was super quick and incredibly helpful!

I needed a gallery plugin allowed for an image lightbox in a slideshow gallery - this plugin does that as well as zoom, pan and offers a thumbnail view in lightbox mode. It is well priced and easy to install.

I've been trying for a long time to find a proper date picker for my business website. I even tried to switch the website provider and even hired a freelancer, but nothing worked, and more problems arose. Initially, I was hesitant to make this purchase, but wow... Ngan emailed me within 2 minutes of my purchase and ensured I could add the plugin to my website properly (with screenshots and instructions in every step). For the price I paid, his service is above and beyond 5 stars. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely delighted with the level of customised help that was provided in a timely manner for setting up my plug-in. Went above and beyond to help me set it up in the manner that I was looking for. Thank you!

Simply brilliant! Couldn't recommend more. Everytime ive had any query or need help the response is immediate and has really enabled me to customise the plug in to my needs.

Beyond the incredible customer service. Its so easy to use and the plugin really elevates the possibilities on Squarespace. Worth every penny!

Top-notch customer service, ease of communication and quick turn-around time, I am very happy with Mr. Lee's ability to help me with my Squarespace site. Even without a business plan, he was still able to install a plugin for me, and building my site has been so much easier. 5/5 I would recommend!

Very helpful for scheduling deliveries for my floral studio, and the developer walked me through the whole installation process.

Works great and the developer gives support quickly.

Beyond space helped take my Squarespace site to the next level! Not only are their products amazing but the customer service is outstanding. A++++
