Strap broke within a year of light use…

Strap broke within a year of light use - these are advertised as high quality luxury items so I expect much more durability.

Unfortunately customer services promises and words are full of hot air. They had no interest in resolving the problem, and simply used false promises of ‘restoring my trust in their product’ rather than taking any interest in what the issue was or why the product failed prematurely.

Delivery may never happen!

Products are reasonable for the money but their stock control and deliveries are haphazard and inconsistent. As others have said sometimes an order just never arrives. Customer service will email back about how serious they take the issues multiple times but thats about as far as it goes. It does appear they are getting worse and my advice is to look elsewhere as chargebacks are a pain to go through.

They are a scam company

They are a scam company. I ordered the product over 6 weeks ago now and they still haven't shipped the product. They took my money though. They promised that they would send the product 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a tracking code for shipping. Don't do business with them.

Faulty band clasp - be careful

Beautiful looking band, except faulty clasp design kept opening. It opened and watch fell off my wrist shattering the glass face on my Apple Watch. Irreparably damaged. Had to purchase new watch. Didn't complain and still purchased from Bezeli because of nice designs. Same issue with clasp on band purchased for new watch. This time I abandoned it before a repeat of what happened with my first watch and went with an Apple band.

This must be a joke!?

I really loved the first item i ordered from this firm. That’s why I ordered once more. But this time the product was really bad and NOT the one I ordered!!?

It was the worst and cheapest products I have ever seen. What a fraud😠

When I sent an email to complain I got respons, and they asked me for pictures of the items. Then I got new emails telling me that they are working on the case.

So, they keep sending emails but NOTHING is happening!

Today I got a new email where they asked for pictures of the items AGAIN!!??

It seems like they just making the «time go» and hope I will give up.

But I WILL NOT GIVE UP before I got my money back!!😠

Poor quality

Poor quality, product developed a fault just over 6 months and they said they would love to do something but cant.

Consumer rights act 2015 protects you for faulty goods but these cowboys ignore law.

Section 75 credit card it is as their customer service is also awful

Avoid avoid avoid sells products but doesn’t comply with sales of goods act

Watch strap faulty and dangerous there is a pin sticking out of the strap and they say 6 months but selling goods in the UK means they need to comply with the sales of goods act 2015 as products needs to be of a reasonable quality which there not and last a reasonable amount of time and 6 months is not that either.

Was very excited about the Captain band…

Was very excited about the Captain band band. Was more than I really wanted to spend, but looked bullet proof.

Well, after less than a year, two of the four screws on back have sheared off, leaving the remains of the screw in the frame. Then, the band broke off the frame. More precisely, the frame broke and released the band.

The $150 watch band is now 100% unusable. I have tried to call and only got bounced around and eventually hung up on.

Such a disappointment. 😞

Metal pin snaps after a one year. Quality is woeful.

I contacted Bezeli about a watch band I purchased which was approx 12 months old. I only wore it occasionally and one of the band’s metal pins snapped when I was simply removing it. Bezeli informed that because my purchase was more than 6 months old, it was out of warranty and nothing they could do (except offer me discount for a replacement - go figure). They refused even to send or sell me a replacement pin - apparently they’d rather their product end up in landfill instead of stand behind it.

“We strive to maintain high-quality standards in our products”.

What rubbish.

extremely low grade or fake titanium

i bought two titanium watch bands for 2 different apple ultra watches. They are extremely scratchy and the black one is even worse, just a painted metal. The bands come from China, but if you wanna send them back, you have to send them to US which is very pricey. I'm very disappointed with Bezeli quality, just a waste of money

Never got my order

Placed an order. Got a confirmation email. Then never heard from them again. Have tried emailing twice as well as contacting via Instagram. The tracking link in the order confirmation doesn’t work.
Have looked in my spam folders and no reply from them whatsoever, despite them claiming online to be replying every 24h. What a scam

I was pleased with the titanium band I…

I was pleased with the titanium band I purchased for my Apple Watch, but unfortunately, it broke after just five months of wear. Considering the price, I did not expect it to become defective so quickly, especially since I work an office job. I reached out to Bezeli for support in getting it repaired and sent two emails, but I have not received any response. This is disappointing service.

**Update 1:** Based on feedback from Bezeli, I have once again addressed an email and Order No. #53037 to them. Let's hope it finds its way this time.

**Update 2:** Support team from Bezeli confirmed to replace the broken Titanium band free of charge which is great! Awaiting the delivery of the replacement, but so far experience with support team of Bezeli is promising!

**Update 3:** End good, all good! I received a new Titanium band from Bezeli last week free of charge. Happy with my replacement and therefore a revised rating.

Scam site, False advertising, Lack of customer care / no communication. No support.

All there reviews are positive because they remove or decline the ones that critique them. You won't find anything less than 5/5 stars.

I submitted a review with pic and describing the fault.
They removed and with the email with reason as "N/A"

Very Poor Business management.

Claimed they had shipped the band

Edit: Notice in the response they think 6 months is a reasonable length of time for these things to last. Might have to report them, because 6 months does NOT comply with Australian consumer law, and they’re selling from a .au site. A very dodgy company with multiple reports of bad products and bad postage. I was literally using a driving sim and felt the watch fall off my arm for no reason. Luckily it’s winter and I had long sleeves on or it would have hit the tiles and possibly broken my watch, and the response from these guys is “lol, you got 6 months from your $120 watch band. What more do you want?” Awful quality, there’s a reason they only give 6 months because it doesn’t last beyond that.

Claimed they had shipped the band. Nearly a week later they’ve changed the status back to “Getting your Order ready” and their courier still has just the single entry of “Shipping Info Received”, so they still have not shipped the band. Expect better when you’re ordering one of the more expensive brands of band available for the Apple Watch. Have requested cancellation and refund, hopefully they can action that quicker than they can apparently ship. Oh and just to add insult to injury, the reason I’m even ordering a band is because the one they sent me in October last year fell apart already, with the spring bar just randomly falling out of the clasp and no longer returning to full extension. Not worth your time.

Extremely poor shipping

Extremely poor shipping. I don’t recommend to anyone purchasing their products. I placed my order May 5th and I have not received my order. I found out it was sitting in Campton, CA May 21st. The original shipment was in China!

Awesome Bands!

Ordered two I vintage leather bands in September from Bezeli, one in Black and one in Pattern Brown, to replace my Popov leather band I used the previous few Summers because it is so thin and getting pretty tired. These bands are great. They have a casual rugged look about them and are super thick and durable.
