le vélo xf001 m’a coûté aussi cher à l’achat qu’en coût de réparation. il a un gros défaut. le cadre nest pas entièrement soudé du coup la roue arrière bouge et saute ce qui avec la force centrifuge coupe les fils qui le relie au moteur et donc faut changer le moteur. en 3 ans j’ai utilisé 2 moteurs. actuellement le vélo est en panne car il faut que je change a nouveau. beaucoup de frais d’entretien et de réparation sont à prévoir si vous choisissez ce type de vélo. mieux vaut l’acheter d’occasion ! le service client est inexistant car à par dire que c’est dommage c’est tout ce dont ils sont capables. fuyez…loin …

Volevo comprare una bezior x1500 ma leggendo le recensioni lsu trustpilot mi è venuto il dubbio e la paura che potrei buttare via 1250 euro e non ricevere nulla oppure ricevere una bici nuova rotta .
Per fortuna ho trovato su subito.it un privato che mi vende la bezior x1500 usata sembra che non abbia problemi ma ha già cambiato l impianto frenante .
Il privato si è rivolto a bezior.com per ottenere il cambio dei pezzi rotti ancora in garanzia : nessuna risposta da parte di bezior .
Sappiamo che a bezior bisogna stare attenti .

Nul, heureusement pour eux qu’il existe une étoile 🌟 mais ce n’est pas la note qui devrait leur être attribuée. Une note négative aurait été mieux appropriée.
Le vélo est cassé 😡 au bout de 3 semaines. Les échanges avec Bezior sont lunaires. 2 mois pour avoir des pièces détachées après leur avoir envoyé une vingtaine de vidéos. Et bien sûr le vélo ne fonctionne toujours pas.
Pour nous il s’agit xf001. Accélére seul, mon fils a failli se faire hyper mal

Arnaque ou pas je ne sais pas mais pas de produit en stock et remboursement impossible sans l'intervention de PayPal.

Sehr stabile Fahrrad, macht richtig Laune zu fahren, weswegen ich ein Stern weniger gebe ist weil mein letzter Display nicht richtig abgedichtet war und der abgesoffen ist.

Es einige Zeit gedauert bis die Ersatzteile da waren. Aber es hat funktioniert!

Says 15 days for delivery but delivery is delayed again. It's been at the sorting centre for 10 days in Shenzhen. They have no idea when it will arrive. Not acceptable.

Na moj vkus vyriesenie mojho problemu trvalo trocha dlhsie,ale komunikacia bola na urovni a nakoniec sme dospeli k dohode. Suppory vyzadoval vela dokazovania ,v mojom pripade chybali 4 male skrutky drziaka na bicykel.

I'm taking a star off only because I waited about two months for the shipment to arrive. Otherwise, the communication went well, I have nothing else to add, I can only recommend.

hvězdičku ubírám jen proto že jsem čekal cca dva měsíce na doručení zásilky. jinak komunikace probíhala v pořádku nemám co jiného dodat mohu jen doporučit.

reasonable price. Helpful advice. Quick delivery. However the charger could have had some protective packaging within the box.

I'm using bezior x500 pro bike since November of 2021.
It's great product and nicely experience.

Great bike. Good motor for my first bike.

I was very impressed with the Quality of the Bezior X500 Pro Folding Electric Bike! Also all the extras and accessories that came with the Bicycle to allow for easy assembly! It came with a bike stand pre installed and also mudguards and a light.In the assembly kit there was a full set of Allen keys and a proper wrench and a handy pump to allow for full set up.I just needed a 3 Pin Plug adaptor for Ireland.And being very minute there was a couple of small scratches on the frame but not very noticeable.

First the bad news. Delivery from Poland wasn't 2-6 days. More like 3 weeks. Took a week to send it. Then lost for a week. Then delivery went as expected with reasonable tracking from UPS.
Now the good news. The bikes (I ordered 2) arrived well packaged, looked amazing and were easy to assemble. Performance is awesome and range is good provided you aren't too greedy with the dual-motors.
Lastly, customer support did a good job of following up on the delivery delays.
Genuine company doing a good job to deliver good products at a good price.
