Na webu Bez realitky jsou běžně inzeráty z provizemi a od realitek, které mají ty inzeráty i klasicky na jiných serverech. Přejmenovat provizi na administrativní poplatek a dál propagovat hlavní claim - ušetření provize muselo chtít fakt kuráž. Připomíná mi to dnešní politiky.

Bohužel, zásadně nedoporučuji, zaplatíte a nic nedostanete! Abyste mohli odpovedet na inzerát, musíte zaplatit 800kc. Nasledne zjistíte, že řada nabídek je nefunkcnich, neaktivních či dokonce vymyšlených. Přesně jak uvádí další komentáře níže. Je to SCAM! ....Useless platform, dodgy policies.
They've increased their price and their service has become even more abysmal than it was before. They do not comply with EU laws and don't care when confronted on that regarding payments. Also, there are fake and fraudulent housing ads, and landlords don't actually respond when you reach out to them. The platform doesn't take any responsibility for any problems you experience on the platform, steal your money and not give it back. They do not comply with consumer law and don't care because they assume people won't waste their time reporting them. Dodgy!

This website functions more like a scheme to profit from users by pushing them to pay for a ‘premium’ account, rather than delivering the services it claims to offer.

I am an apartment owner and very satisfied with the services offered by these web pages. Each time, I receive a lot of responses and, easily within ten days of posting the ad, I have a good number of potential tenants to choose from. I have read negative comments about the company, but they mainly come from tenants who are desperate due to the very tight rental market in Prague. Each apartment owner can receive up to 100 emails from potential tenants, which makes the choice very difficult. Only a few lucky ones who match the owner's desired profile are offered a viewing. Tenants are only successful on the website when their profile is very detailed and personalized emails are sent. GOOD LUCK!

Premium profile service for 800 CZK is, in my experience, non-functional. I sent 10 messages to property owners and received a reply from only one. Most listings are either outdated or redirect to partner real estate agencies where additional fees are charged. Instead of a real solution, I was only offered an extension, which I do not consider adequate. I therefore do not recommend this service. To me, it seems more like a way to profit from the current difficult housing market situation rather than a fair attempt to help clients.

I was about to sign up on bezrealitky.cz to look for a flat in Poděbrady, but the registration form doesn't offer my country code (+996 for Kyrgyzstan) - even though other countries in the region, like Kazakhstan, are listed.

I contacted their support, hoping they could offer an alternative way to register (via email, manual account creation, etc.). Instead, I received a one-line reply just saying: "Hello. If we don’t offer your code, you can’t register." 😅 No explanation, no workaround, no attempt to help. Just - NO!

If this is their style of customer service, I can only imagine what the rest of the experience would be like.

I'll look for something more international and inclusive.

There are too many ads with realtor's commission, even though no commission is the point of this service.
Out of 33 requests I've sent, 3 replied, 3 already rented, rest is ignored.
Not worth the money.

They are literally called "no realty agency" in Czech, and yet each second listing you see on the website has suspicious "administrative fee" included in the listing price, which always turns out to be... A realty agency fee. And they make you pay for ability to contact anyone, too! I hope this site goes out of business

bezrealitky.cz you pay 800 kc which is kind of ok if you compare what real estate agents charge. you have to be quick to get a flat these days. The e demand is high. Started searching on monday and signed the contract already on friday.totally recommend.thanks guys!

After you pay for a hefty sum (800CZK for 3 months) you realize that most of the ads are old, unresponsive or sometimes inaccurate and you end up wasting your money and time. Use it at your own risk.

This leads me to question the accuracy of the figures displayed on the site regarding the number of interested individuals.

Moreover, I've observed an increasing presence of real estate agents on the platform who demand commission fees, which was not initially disclosed. This new development significantly alters the user experience and adds unexpected costs.

In light of these issues, I have serious concerns about the transparency and honesty of this website. The combination of low engagement, questionable statistics, and the introduction of commission-seeking agents suggests that the platform may be misleading its users.

Considering that this subpar service comes at a cost of 800 crowns for a mere 3-month period, I find it difficult to justify the expense. The value proposition is simply not commensurate with the price.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise potential users to exercise caution and carefully consider their options before engaging with this website.

Bezrealitky. Bez is without in english but it seems that most of the real estate agents are here. (In my 2 months experience in this website) If you go in this site, you will understand what i mean. Don’t spend for premium because it will not just waste your money but also your time. Most likely, property owners are not replying so i have 2nd thoughts if the properties listed are real or fake. I sent about 14 inquiries to different property owners but only few legit owners replied. Most of them are real estate agents asking for a commission in the same amount of 1 month rent! So imagine if your rent for a month is 18 thousand, you will be paying a commission in equivalent. That’s ridiculous! So indeed, this website has more real estate agents than direct owners. Just be careful.

They seduce the clients by showing low price and when you write they do not respond, it is scam. I have written 80 contact none of them returned to me

We are living in 2023, I was surprised to see site like that one:
1. Slowest I ever saw
2. Every time you use it you it to log in and waste 5 minutes
3. After the 10th log in it just kicked me out and said that I put the wrong password(I use autofill)
4. After I changed my password I got the same problem
So for now I can not use this site, on this stage, my experience with this "service" ends up.
Thank god I did not pay 400 krons for premium profile. In my opinion, this is just a scam site, be careful.
