I have sent 3 times EUR Sepa withdrawals. In summary 1500€. And received nothing i think they scammed me. Support can’t provide any receipts of transfers and just ignoring

This service helps me to pay for my subscription with crypto. I've registered in the app, passed through KYC and issued card for 10$. Overall, I rate this service on 10 out of 10.

But I have only one issue with this service, my crypto wasn't credited 30 minutes after transaction was made. Their support helps me to get my money on my balance.

So that, I recommend this service. But service needs to improve their support as answers sometimes takes a while.

My card balance became ZERO some day. I dont see any transactions in history, which reflects withdraws. Support said that they expect the technical work to be completed within a few days.
But 2 days have passed and nothing have changed.

Yesterday 9pm I'm applying my withdrawal amount to My bank account.
It's showing under review... When I'm received my money

Пробовал открыть карту для оплаты части подписок на AI-инструменты, но многие из них — например, тот же ChatGPT — её не принимают. BIN карты 493728, пополнение работает без проблем, а вот вывод денег — настоящий кошмар. На крипту вывести невозможно — постоянно “Internal server error” на любых сетях.

Поддержка просто отвратительная: отвечает через сутки или несколько дней и оставляет бесполезные отписки. Перевод на карту Wise тоже невозможен — деньги уходят в статус “в обработке” и просто пропадают со счёта.

Крайне рекомендую обходить этот горе-финтех стороной. Есть куда более надёжные аналоги, стоит лишь поискать.

The service operates through a Telegram bot, which is inconvenient and limits functionality. Issuing a virtual card ($10) and topping up the balance was easy, but I couldn't actually use it — without full KYC, payments are blocked, and this isn't mentioned anywhere beforehand.

I tried to withdraw the funds to my regular bank card — the transaction went through, but the money never arrived, even after more than 24 hours. There were also issues with transferring money back to the balance: despite having $70 on the card, I couldn't withdraw even $50 — only small amounts of $5–10 at a time worked after multiple attempts.
Customer support simply ignores messages. No response, no help. Overall, the service left negative impression.

I'm glad there's such a service, I receive my salary to my BFinance card
and easily convert it to crypto currency
