A pleasure to deal with

Avoid, not transparent at all. Extra payments

yet another fine for my accountants not being done for my time i was with them, they never actually submitted my personal accounts, when i paid them to do so, and always submitted my business accounts late giving us additional fines.
I was with BFS accountants between 2020-2024, and yet today, a year after leaving them, i have received yet another fine for 2023 for them not filling my accounts for the period i paid them to do so, absolute cowboys, Craig is an embarrassment to his profession. I am aware that Craig may have set up a sister company Glass House accountants to avoid legal fees chasing him after multiple complaints. avoid like covid.

update, after phone hmrc, they have never submitted our taxes, meaning we owe thousands in late fees.

Craig has been my accountant for around 4 years now and is extremely knowledgable with everything and helped break things down for me in a way that helped me understand all things accounting relating to my business, which I really appreciate. There have been times I’ve needed really important documents to be completed very quickly and he has always delivered, helping me out massively . His fun and friendly attitude has made it really enjoyable working with him &
Craig is very understanding, working with you to help in any way he can.

Where to start I've been a sole trader and a Ltd company . When first setting a business up you do not know a lot and it's quite daunting ... bfs have given me clarity and support from day one ...
Also had issues with a lease which Craig and his team advised me on and saved me a lot of money !!!
I wouldn't use anyone else !!
