It was my first renewal with BG Insurance, and I very much appreciated the quick, efficient, informative and hassle-free process.

I found BG insurance very professional, polite , explained everything, the caller was helpful and polite, caller said they where going to callback at a given time and they did. Best thing they saved me £££’s

What I like most about BG Insurance is their quick communication, whether by phone or email. I had never heard of “mirroring” before, which allows you to use your No Claims Bonus on a second car registered in your name. The price was amazingly affordable.

Good Customer Service

I had PDI cover for the past year, renewed in Feb.'26 and 3 weeks later i passed my Part 3 driving instructor exam. I contacted yourselves to update my status now as an ADI and asked if this would reduce my premiums. Yes was the answer however for next year! I explained it had only been 3 weeks or so but you wouldn't/couldn't budge! That was really disappointing.
This is why i selected 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 5.
At all times last year and during the renewal process this year, all staff were courteous and professional and came in with a good quote.
