Bougainvillea Manor is a fully licensed ADHS Behavioral Health Residential Facility in Phoenix, AHCCCS AMPM 320-V compliant, accepting step-downs from acute psychiatric hospitals 24/7. We treat adults with SMI, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, PTSD, and dual diagnosis. Services include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, CBT/DBT therapy, crisis stabilization, and independent living skills training. In-network: AHCCCS, Cigna. We also accept all MCO plans. Clinical updates and discharge summaries provided to all referring facilities. Referrals accepted from hospitals, ARTs, and licensed providers. Call 866-248-6266.
