This company has been nothing short of a nightmare. At the beginning of 2025 I asked for a quote to replace my carport. I got a quote promptly by taking pictures of my car port and sending them to the owner of the business. I was assured the carport would be strong and wouldn’t leak as this is the reason I wanted it replacing. I agreed to the quote and booked in to have the worked done in May. The day arrives and I get a message 10 mins before the workmen are due to arrive to say the job has had to be moved forward as the materials did not arrive. Although they were given 2 months to organise materials. 4 days later the materials still did not arrive but the workmen showed up and tore down my car port. Later on that day some materials arrive. I was assured the work would be completed the next day and I was happy with that. Only for it not to be completed. After 2 weeks messaging the owner and his admin assistant constantly the work was supposedly completed. Low on behold we had some rain and my carport was leaking. The company sent a workmen out to try and plug the leak with silicone. I paid for the service in full. Then is started leaking again only for them to keep plugging with silicone. Workmen were rude and disrespectful with their answer being ‘it is what it is’. Eventually after my complaint the carport was torn down a second time and after weeks of waiting and mess everywhere they finally put it up again. Only for it to still be leaking we are now in December this has had a huge impact on my wellbeing and mental health and can only say please find a company that is genuinely willing. The owner blocked my number after I left a 1 star review on Google. He doesn’t have the mental maturity to fix an issue his company has caused and the stress I have gone through the last 7 months

Had Bally & Carl from BHM Property Services come out to put a limestone fire surround in for me.
Great guys, friendly, professional & they did an excellent job. Will definitely recommend this company & l am going to have them come back to do some more jobs for me

Excellent service from BHM Leicester providing a bathroom upgrade and refresh of decorations to my flat. The work was done promptly and to a high standard. Bally, Tania and their team are all very friendly and helpful.

We had Bally's team.round to help us split 1 room into 2. It involved building and plastering a stud wall and some rewiring work.

The guys that came were super friendly and professional and they did a great job. The team communicated really well with us throughout and we are super happy with the result!

Very friendly staff, courteous and tidy. I rung BHM after going through Google traders and they'd come up. l was skeptical as it was a website l wasn't familiar with but decided to give them a try. l was so pleasantly surprised at the outcome of the finished product! l needed blinds and other fittings installed around the flat including spot lights in the kitchen. Andy, the tradesperson that came to the property was patient and he has such passion for what he does. Really pleased,

All the staff were polite proffessional and helpful they did some work in my kitchen replaced light fittings and fitted breakfast bar .
There work was outstanding they completed the jobs with the minimum amount of fuss they cleaned up and did a brilliant job .
I am really pleased with the result
