Bho&Co is the most outstanding property management company. They are very accommodating and always try to find the best solution for all parties. We always felt that we are in safe hands - An amazing team all round!

Up front let me say, Jenna and Hayley are consummate professionals. As a prospective tenant, I was based outside of Edinburgh and needed appropriate accommodations. After discussing my budget and needs they organised viewing for a couple of properties and we found a great flat. During my time as a tenant under their care, I must say their attention and commitment was commendable. They were always proactive and maintained communication whenever I had to report repairs, etc. Unlike so many letting agencies, they treat tenants like people and I think that benefits everyone.To anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh, I would highly recommend Bho & Co. They're an exception to the usual rule.

I honestly never expected to write such a positive review for a property management company because, in my experience, most have been frustrating at best. Bho & Co completely changed that experience for me.

From the beginning, they were easy to work with, but what really stood out was how they treated me during one of the hardest times in my life. After my mother died, I had to unexpectedly move back to the U.S., and Jenna and the rest of the team showed me a level of kindness I never would have expected from a management company. They made a really difficult situation feel a little less overwhelming.

They’re also just genuinely good at what they do. Anytime I had an issue, they dealt with it quickly. At one point, I had a problem with my breaker and they had someone out to fix it within the hour.

Good property management companies are hard to come by, and finding one that is both efficient and compassionate feels even rarer. I’m incredibly grateful for how they treated me, and when I move back to Scotland, they’ll absolutely be the first people I contact.

Bho&Co is by far the best letting agency I've rented from. Jenna and Hayley are very friendly and professional. They were always quick to answer and help whenever I needed. I will miss them!

My wife and I rented a flat with them for 3 years. They are, by far, the best company that we have had rent agreements with so far. We are foreigners, and they treat us like at home. They are very sweet, treat you with dignity and respect, and respond to any issue promptly. We do recommend them, for sure.

I am so thankful to have Bho & Co as a property management and letting company looking after both property, and tenants, so well, and being so lovely to interact with at the same time. My experience with them over the last few years has been absolutely great. I feel they genuinely care considerably about the tenants and the property and are proactive in pre-empting and addressing any issues, making suggestions and communicating in a friendly and prompt manner and always happy to discuss. Absolute dream team! This was our first time renting and Bho & Co couldn't have made the process any easier for us. I'd done a lot of reading prior to deciding to buy-to-let that renting can offer little reward for the effort, but now I believe the people spouting this were probably just engaged with inefficient letting agents! Hayley & Jenna are highly professional but with a very human, non-stuffy approach. From generating pristine marketing images, completing detailed inventories, finding the perfect tenant to keeping on top of maintenance requests - they're on it before you can think about it, and we couldn't have felt more at ease with their expertise. Highly recommend!

Jenna and Hayley and their team are perfectly lovely and created such a wonderful and warm experience for us when we were moving into the let property and were always on hand to help and support our many questions and needs regarding everything from finding appropriate Wi-Fi to dealing with unexpected hot water issues during our stay.

I am always amazed at how responsive and kind and generous they are of their time, energy, and resources. They ensured our stay at the property was comfortable and wonderful. Moving in and out of the property was truly a seamless and easy experience because of Jenna and Hayley as a team and their organization. They truly care and know the business inside and out.
