We are genuinely sorry, Kylie. After spending over $500, waiting almost a month with part of your order still not dispatched and then having to request a cancellation, we understand why this experience left you so disappointed.

Having followed up repeatedly since your original purchase in February, only to be told the replacement was no longer available after previously being approved, is understandably disappointing. We understand how concerning it would then be to see the chargeback challenged when your Bhumi account showed the order as cancelled and you had not received the goods.
