Experience was great with customer service side of things, getting my order out promptly etc however the tights themselves are so thin. The organic cotton is a beautiful feeling but way too thin to wear to pilates, which is why I bought them so im a little sad. But ill still get good use of them otherwise I guess.

We have made so many low tox swaps in our home but our bedding was always something I neglected thinking about. When I came across Bhumi I couldn’t believe how easy it was to swap all our bedding over! Such beautiful pieces, amazing quality and great price point! So happy with all our swaps! Even hubby has commented on how much better the linen feels!

Bhumi's new range of 100% organic…
Bhumi's new range of 100% organic cotton linen lounge wear sets are amazing. I picked up 2 separate sets in both shorts and trousers and they make me look so put together, casual yet stylish at the same time. The chocolate brown shade is such a perfect on trend neutral. I will definitely pick these up in the other colours as they will be perfect for our hot Queensland summers as they are so breathable and light.

Non existent after sales service
The service is non existent, no updates on orders for almost a month and when I emailed them to cancel it due to emergency travel plans, got no response via email so messaged their WhatsApp page and got a reply the next morning saying my orders would be cancelled. Except the drama wasn't over, I suddenly received an Australia post tracking number to say the goods had been despatched so I emailed bhumi again to ask them to cancel and I'm guessing someone read my emails but did not bother to reply because the next thing I know, the Australia post delivery was cancelled and a DHL delivery from India booked in my name instead so once again I emailed Bhumi to inform them I was definitely not around to accept the DHL delivery either and straight away I recieve an email notification from Australia post saying they had despatched my goods which once again I will not be here to accept. It's been a really exhausting experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

First time investing in quality, luxurious bedding
This is my first time ever investing into quality 100% organic cotton bedding. It feels so luxurious and soft, honestly feels similar to sleeping on my silk bedsheets. My fiancé and I both agreed that our bed feels the best it ever has before.
I also love all of the little details they have included into the design, such as the “long side & short side” on the bedsheets, and on the Doona covers there’s some strings on the corners to tie it to your doona so that it stays perfect all the time.
100% recommend.

The most beautiful soft comfortable products ever ! I literally didn’t take my new pants off for the first 3 days straight! I couldn’t believe how fresh I felt wearing everything ! It is sooo nice to know you’re wearing clothes that are low tox and good for your body AND sustainably made and good for the planet. The colour and fit was so flattering and the quality of the products is unmatched !

I’ve genuinely been so impressed with these linen loungewear sets. The fabric feels incredibly soft, lightweight and breathable, making them so comfortable to wear throughout the day. I love that they have a relaxed fit while still looking polished, so I can wear them around the house, out running errands or catching up with friends without feeling underdressed.
The quality is beautiful, and they’re the kind of pieces I know I’ll be reaching for year after year. If you’re looking for comfortable, timeless linen that feels as good as it looks, I couldn’t recommend these enough.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They took my money for a product they didn’t even have in stock then said nothing. No email, no update, no apology. I had to chase them myself after waiting more than 4 weeks for an order that was never going to arrive.
They then told me to allow up to 10 days for a refund. It’s now been 6 days since they confirmed the refund request and I still haven’t received my money or even an email confirming that the refund has actually been processed.
Taking payment for unavailable stock, leaving the customer completely in the dark for over a month, and then dragging out the refund is disgraceful business practice. I won’t be buying from Bhumi again.

I have been nothing but impressed with…
I have been nothing but impressed with the products I have pitched from Bhumi. I have made 4 orders now and I’m yet to consider returning a product. The quality has been amazing and it is clear pride is taken in the creation of the products. Half of my orders have included pre-order items scheduled to be delivered in a month or so after the order. One came two weeks a head of schedule and the other three weeks after schedule. I honestly didn’t mind as the warehouse was kind in their replies to my request for an update. I will continue to purchase from this company!
