Niamh and Ruairi Dooley, a sibling founding team, upcycle the leftover grain from Irish craft breweries to create a range of delicious malt tasting foods. Their upcycling process gives a second life to the used grains and the best part is they are all high in fibre and protein. It's a simple proposition - it's good for you and the planet.

Excellent Products!
I am still working my way through as I got the full pack of products but I love adding the milled grains to my morning porridge and the baking packs are so handy and delicious! Would definitely recommend trying them. ☺️
