If you think it is acceptable to completely mislead your customers by showing a beautiful backpack that bears no resemblance whatsoever to what you receive you should be ashamed of yourselves

Complete Rip off looks nothing like the product on the website. Not sure why they bothered posting the nylon rubish

Saw a facebook ad for a personalised 3D soft toy decorated back pack for a child. Paid AUD80 ($20 shipping) for it for my granddaughter's birthday. It came yesterday and is a cheap, woven nylon, 2D printed, very poor copy of what they are advertising.
