Have used Bibi bijoux for years ever since I discovered them originally in tkmaxx then went online.
I have so many bracelets earrings chains as always been a fan
But unfortunately the single bracelets that are on elastic have started to snap it’s happened 3 times now. I don’t wear them constantly. I did let Bibi know but unfortunately we didn’t manage to resolve

Excellent service, ordered three separate times. Informed when items were sent and when items would arrive. Very quick, lovely jewellery, packaged in a lovely pink envelope. Great gift ideas. Thank you

Purchased a necklace 1.5.22, payment debited 2.5.22 , transactions, the necklace was not stated as received by Royal mail on their tracking, 7.5.22 and obviously not delivered.Contacted Bibi bijoux, telephone, spoke to Ashley who was unable to resolve the issue/ delays.I do not recommend this seller , their customer service is not adequate , their jewellery tarnishes , necklace purchased previously not acceptable quality , still awaiting resolution 1 week later, Ashley said she would contact on Monday regarding the 'missing' parcel as they state parcel been despatched and they are not 'responsible for royal mail tracking' errors?Bibi bijoux use Royal mail as their courier , it is their responsibility to resolve asap and avoid unnecessary delays and inconveniences, payment debited 02.5.22, includes a shipping fee (1-5 business days) £3.99.
The 'tarnished' necklace is to be resolved on Monday too? Photographs were emailed to Bibi bijoux, taking a week for the seller to decide how to resolve .
Refund is appropriate, asap, for not delivered ( on time) , define business days - Saturday is a business day for sellers- not adequate as a jewellery ' seller'.
