I would definitely buy again from this company! The product was of high quality and the customer service was the best Iâve had in ages. I needed the vase for Christmas in Australia. It arrived with plenty of time, however, it was damaged. I contacted their customer service team and Jennie got back to me straight away and informed me they would send a replacement. She then continued to let me know when the vase was sent and roughly how long it would take. Took just over a week. I have just received the vase and this time they wrapped it in gift wrap with a bow for the inconvenience of the first one. The broken vase wasnât their fault, however, Jennie and the team went above and beyond to make sure that I got the vase as per my order. I want to thank Jennie and the team for your outstanding customer and product!

The company did not make it clear that the item was being shipped from China and after buying kept sending emails trying to incentivise me to buy another vase at a reduced price. Ordered , hasnât turned up , emailed for an update , they emailed back to say that they sent an email to say it was out of stock and for me to choose another one and it was because I hadnât responded (which they did not send that email) last email I had was to say it was being packaged and followed the âtrackingâ which apparently Royal Mail are waiting for . Asked for a refund so probably wonât get that back because they are useless and must have fake reviewers .

Awful experience - Data breach and inaccuracies
Awful experience.
My vase was marked as shipped weeks before Christmas, but I was later contacted to say they had made an inventory error and it was no longer available despite the fact it should already be on the way.
When contacting me regarding the issue, the business shared my email with other customers - a serious data protection breach. They did not seem to have any process to stop this happening in future or offer any apology.
When trying to follow up on the issues above, it took days to get a response, none of which was helpful. I cancelled my order in the end due to the disgusting service.
