BidStaff is an AI proposal assistant for Upwork freelancers and agencies. Paste a job post and BidStaff writes a proposal in your own winning tone, attaches your best matching work samples and answers the screening questions, so you can apply in minutes instead of hours. Before you spend connects, the job check scores how well a job fits your profile from 0 to 10 and shows whether the client is worth your time. Every proposal is saved to your tracking sheet with the job link, the profile you used and the connects spent, so you always know what was sent and what won. Agencies run multiple Upwork profiles with a team of bidders in one place: shared samples and winning proposals, credits per member, attendance, team chat and weekly reports. BidStaff never logs in to Upwork and never submits anything for you. You review every proposal and send it yourself. BidStaff is an independent product and is not affiliated with Upwork.
