Stay away from site ! Please believe the majority of reviews. It was too silly and naiv to check reviews before order and paying! Zero reaction after paying.

Ich habe am 14.12. Bestellt, am 16.12. Per Vorkasse überwiesen und bis jetzt nichts mehr gehört, auf meine letzten DREI Mails und alle Anrufe wird nicht geantwortet.
Sehr, sehr schlechter Kundenservice und Kommunikation.
Ich weiß weder ob, noch wann meine Ware ankommt
Sehr schade und das Geld ist weg aber das wird jetzt mein Anwalt regeln

I was very concerned for several weeks after placing my order, when the payment had left my account but their website kept claiming 'not paid yet'. I had more or less resigned myself to the loss. However today, three weeks later, the goods have arrived, very well packed and in good condition, exactly what I ordered. Prosit, Herr Vogt und vielen Dank.
As a warning to others, however, I would say that the problem with this company in my experience is twofold: they don't communicate with customers at all, so you have no idea what is going on, and they ask for payment by bank transfer (which is always a bit risky). If they would just check and respond to emails, and/or update customer account data on their website, and if they would accept credit card payents like most other mail order companies, they would be fine. I would be wary of using them again, using a bank transfer, because clearly some customers have lost their payments and not received the goods, but, that said, I am very pleased to have the consignment safely here, before Christmas and before the dreaded brexit forces high tariffs. Also just to say that once the goods were handed over to DHL the delivery was swift and the tracking was really excellent and reliable. Thank you to DHL for a very timely delivery.

Ware am 13.12.2020 bestellt, bezahlt über Paypal alles problemlos, jedoch bei der Kommunikation und der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit für Rückfragen sehr schlecht. Keine Reaktionen auf Mail oder Anrufe, keine Versandbestätigung, Paket vollständig am 17.12.2020 angekommen ,Versandtage exakt wie angegeben, und gut verpackt,es wäre Wünschenwert wenn der Verkäufer mehr kommuniziert und erreichbar wäre,Shop hat eine große und gute Auswahl von Produkten

Habe schon öfter bei Daniel Vogt bestellt, öfter aber mit Schwierigkeiten. Durcheinander in seiner Buchführung (Zahlung per Paypal wurde nicht verbucht, da ich das letzte Mal per Vorkasse gezahlt hatte), verspäteeter Versand, der mich nicht mehr erreichte, Erstattung versprochen - aber nie getätigt. Nachforschungen bei DHL über verschwundene Sendungen werden nicht eingeleitet, aber per Mail oder Telefon ist niemand zu erreichen. Trotz günstiger Preise muß ich künftig Abstand von Bestellungen bei diesem Versand nehmen!

Ordered back on the 27th May 2020 4 mini kegs, Beer Dispenser and pack of CO2 cartridges, about 2 months later the kegs arrived but nothing else, it's the 9th December 2020 now and still nothing, tried ringing and sent endless email requests but no joy, I would avoid this website and avoid disappointment

This was by far the worst experience ordering something. My order got shipped 13 days after Bier & Wein received my payment. But what really really upset me was the fact that I tried to put on hold the order or re-route it, because I am travelling (I did not expect it'll take 2 weeks for my order to arrive). No answers to my e-mail or my messages directly on the web site. That you will be informed by e-mail that your ordert has shipped also did not happen. Luckily there a order places out on the net that take customers serious. Bier & Wein for sure does not and doesn't deserve any orders

I got my order today, 4 months after placing an order and paying. Everything came as ordered but very very late

Excellent service. Used them twice within a week for various items and both times arriving either 3 or 4 days. Cannot say a bad word.
Will be using again and for the foreseeable.

This site sells excellent beer at a very good price. Used the service twice and the second time some of the order took 4 weeks to arrive - but I got all I ordered. I will definately use them again.

Ich habe mehrmals problemlos von dieser Firma bestellt, allerdings fiel schon frueher auf, dass sie völlig Kommunikationsunfähig oder -willens sind; auf Anfrage ueber die Webseite oder per E-mail in einem Fall von verzögerter Lieferung haben si gar nicht reagiert, and bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer nimmt niemand ab (und Voicemail gibt's auch nicht). Aber immerhin kam die Ware an. Dieses Mal war es anders: ich habe zwei Kisten bestellt und bezahlt am 8. August. Eine der Kisten wurde sofort gesendet, nach einem Monat stand immer noch "nicht gesendet" fuer die andere, und wieder keine Antwort auf Anfragen. Ich musste den Fall Paypal uebergeben und habe endlich, knapp 2 Monate nach der Bestellung, das Geld von Paypal anteilig zurueck. Leider sind diese Leute offensichtlich nicht vertrauenswuerdig.
I ordered without major problems from this company in the past, but it was already clear that they are unable or unwilling to communicate with their customers; inquiries vie web site and e-mail concerning delayed deliver were not answered and no one would ever answer the phone. But in the past the products always eventually arrived. This time I ordered two cases on 8 August, of which one was delivered promptly. The other one was still "unsent" a month later although the product was allegedly available, and again I received no answer at all from my inquiries. I finally had to claim the money back from Paypal- good luck to them getting it from the seller! I can only recommend to avoid giving this company any business; they are not trustworthy!

This is a scam. I paid €85 for 5 kegs that were never delivered. Fortunately PayPal has reimbursed me.

First order of 4 kegs arrived without problems, even a little early. I even sent them an email to appreciate their great selection and service (no answer though...)
Next order was placed on 15/08, with all items in stock. When there was no update after a week, I started sending emails. Several over the last few weeks. The phone isn’t answered, and I received not a single reply to my emails. I opened a case with PayPal, and after the seller failed to reply to them as well, I received a full refund from PayPal. Still no communication, order is still in open status despite the refund. Very strange company (especially for German standards...). The do have a great selection of beers unavailable or unaffordable in Ireland, but that was certainly my last order.

Ordered my kegs then started reading reviews thought oh no but ordered online 8th September 4 kegs with me on 22nd sent me the tracking number so will be ordering more.

Betrug.
Habe am 01.09. Ware bestellt und den Rechnungsbetrag von ca 68€ per Paypal bezahlt.
Angeblich eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Werktagen.
Mittlerweile ist der 15.09., die Ware kam bis jetzt noch nicht und der Shop reagiert weder auf Anrufe noch auf emails.
Habe jetzt den Paypal Käuferschutz beantragt.
Lässt die Finger von dem Shop.Hätte ich doch nur vorher die Bewertungen gelesen.

Ordered kegs of lager on 15/5/20. Spent £91. No response to any email that ive sent. Asked my bank to get my money back from German bank that it was transferred to, the request was turned down by account holder apparently, Mr Daniel Vogt! Bunch of thieves.

I ordered beer 3 weeks ago 21/8/20 and paid E77.52. I had seen the order received and money taken from PayPal.
Three weeks later I have emailed them a number of times with no answer and order shows in red not shipped. They couldn't bother to reply to my emails until I raised it with PayPal. There reply was "were sorry you didnt get your order" I am still waiting.. There a joke... I have to wait until paypal sorts out my claim.

Ordered Monday, delivered Friday. Aberdeen. No issues
