There was a small alignment problem with our Bifolding doors- no probs. It was easy to arrange a fitter out- thank you Imran.
The fitter could not make the agreed date due to some complications with the job before, we were informed and re-arranged for the next day. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication we did not know his daughter went into labour. Still, he came the next day and sorted the problem out- thank you!
So apart from a hiccup in communication, we can not fault the service.

Fantastic ongoing customer service - very happy. Quick to respond and resolve issue. One star knocked off for not wearing face mask or gloves when coming into the house.

This is the second installation of bi-folds from them. Great product, workmanship and an overall excellent service.

Excellent and quick service from start to finish. Even though we had a slight hiccup with the measurements of the frame at time of installation, the company were quick to rectify and resolve the issue. We found Dan (the fitter) very helpful and professional and he was meticulous to ensure the doors were fitted properly. We love the finished product and would recommend to friends and family.

I have asked for quotes for Schueco lift and slide doors( 2 sets, 7 m span and 4 m span) and a large fixed roof window.
Every time I ring I speak with the same person who is very rude and unpleasant. I have now asked twice( over the phone) for technical information about their products for my builder and have had no reply. I have emailed as well as rang. I once got an email saying there was no outstanding information request... the person I speak with on the phone obviously just bins my request.. I can’t understand that in these difficult times for businesses they are offering such poor customer service. I have now placed an order for my expensive doors with another company.

Excellent service from start to finish. The men who came into fitting the biofolding doors and windows were very pleasant and helpful. Also cleaned up and gave good instructions on how to operate my new doors.

Faultless, the fitter did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

The only issue was the delay of the doors arriving from Germany and the slight crack in the glass pane on arrival, however, the pane is being replaced immediately.

We are really happy with our lovely Schuco bifolding window which was produced to a very high standard, in good time and fitted perfectly. Everyone I spoke to and met from the company were friendly, courteous, professional and informative. Thank you to all the team!

Oh my God! Do not trust them.
Where do I start with this company?
Sales staff are lovely but from the installation last October, yes a year ago, we have been palmed off and insulted- a customer who doesn’t like being told what she doesn’t like to hear.
Referred to the GGF guidelines with the faulty glass- which was finally replaced earlier this year with more faulty glass!!!
Ignored for 4 months and their inspector finally came last month and confirmed I was correct all along. The director did apologise but that has made no difference at all- worthless!
The replacement glass was delivered to site- we were that close to being completed, only to have it collected the following day.
So you would think that there would be a sense of urgency to finally completing the job.
No I have been informed that the fitters are busy for several weeks and I will be “informed “ when I will have the job completed.
So I set of Schuco doors are ok but the other set will be celebrating their first birthday- still imperfect. That’s not what I paid thousands of pounds for!

Bifolding doors fitted good communication from start to finish.
