Purchased 250b diamonds and they have claimed that the order has been complete but I have not received anything, and have not heard from them in over 3 hours. They’ve taken my money and given me nothing. Very shameful

You are based in Australia and when you placed an order with us it was 3am.
As we have been discussing on email you ordered PSX gems but wanted PS99 gems. If you dont want the PSX gems please return and we can give you either a refund or £2 worth of PS99 gems

Paid and did not receive the items….
I hope that I can increase my rating to 5 star at some point, but so far I’ve been waiting three days for the items I paid for. I followed the instructions, friended them on grow a garden and tried to message them there. I’ve also sent an email to them directly, but so far nothing. i’ve heard less negative things from other people, so I’m hoping that once this is resolved I can give them the rating which I was hoping it would be. For now, one star though sadly, as I’ve paid and got nothing in return….

Totalement déçue, depuis 2025 plus de code pour l Europe. Au prix de la peluche et des taxes ,c est un peu du vol et de la discrimination ! Je ne commanderai plus chez vous tant que les règles n évolueront pas positivement! C est inadmissible d etre privé des codes DLC ! Order big 158307

Please give a bit more information. When you purchased you would have gotten an email straight away. Reply to that email and it will message us direct
We have sent out how to collect your order emails to all orders we currently have and sent friend requests out.
If you havnt duped then you are not going to get banned for duping. Its not hard to work that one out
They give you duped pets
They give you duped pets. NEVER purchase pets this raccoon I bought cannot be traded. Waste of 10 dollars do not fall for their scam.
EDIT: I bought their pet about a month ago and after I got the pet jandel made it so duplicated pets could not be traded and now I cant trade it to anyone.

Can we get some more details as we have no orders with your name. We also dont have any uncollected orders that match your description.
When you ordered you would have got an email. On that email is our username so you can add us as a friend.
As well as this we will send you a friend request and 2nd email with a server link
Emails are not being rejected by us. I am seeing them and replying to them but getting not response from you. Please check your junk folder as this is a really strange way to communicate we have the "Resending this to your original email address. The message was rejected by your Gmail address". We are replying
Im 99% certain you have not purchased from us. For that reason i will tell you to contact your bank and do a charges back saying you never got your items. You will get your money back and whoever your brought from will have the money taken back and a £15 penalty charge

Not sure why we have a 1 star review for this.
7 minutes after order we sent an email on how to collect your order and a friend request. Over the next 3 days we emailed 4 more times to come and collect order to which you finally did.
There is no mailbox in this game so we can not send out items. With grow a garden it requires the person purchasing to come to our server and collect the item. If you decide to take 3 days to join us then there is not a great deal we can do about it
Amazing response times
The serving time is amazing, and most of the people who complain either had a mishap or tried to get the services outside of serving schedule, I got my GAG Mimic octopus after 10 or so minutes, very trustable.
