i bought an ps5 and they sold me an broken one then i went and returned it to store the same day and they scammed me and gave me to sign some document that they will fix it i been waiting for a month calling them and they lost it and they cant find it they keep lying to me that they cant give me a new one or cant return the money bigbang is the biggest scam ever they will scam you of every cent they can, never buy stuff there they will lose it ir just never return it they just keep lying and they never call back

They behave like scammers. I wanted to return faulty product inside 14 days after purchase and they said that they can't refund me because the package is damaged. When it reality it was only opened and its completely normal that part of the package is teared a bit when you opened the package after purchase.

Their support is disaster and they never reply to any claim - I just wanted to buy a speaker, wrote to info 3 times and got zero feedback - never buying there again
