Big Bear Trailers And Outdoor レビュー

Excellent service and great trailer. A pleasure to deal with, many thanks

Great price, great service. Sean had the trailer ready for collection as agreed with keys made up into sets, all documentation ready to go and gave me a full walk-around to make sure I understood how to use it before I drove off. Highly recommended.

I found Sean to be knowledgable, patient and very happy to advise. On collection I was given a full guide of the trailer and operation of the functional parts.
He also recommended a great place for tow bar fitting.
Very happy indeed. Thanks Sean :)

From my first enquiry, Sean was just brilliant. No pressure, just happy to provide answers to any questions . Nothing has been too much trouble, and the service has gone way beyond expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sean and Big Bear Trailers.

Once I'd worked out which Anssems trailer I wanted/needed I had to find a suitable dealer. The reviews of Big Bear Trailers made that decision extremely easy, and I'm very pleased that the reality was just as good.

Sean was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from initial enquiry until I towed the trailer away. He knows his onions, gave me good advice and a sounding board to check that the trailer was a good match for my use case, and the collection experience was absolutely spot on.

The trailer was ready and neatly presented in the workshop, all the documentation and keys were in order, and Sean's demonstration of the operation of all aspects of the trailer was crystal clear.

He included a lockable hitch head and a hitch lock/clamp in the deal, which were welcome additions to help with security.

Much appreciated Sean, and many thanks.

Sean provided excellent support choosing the right trailer. The package offered was a great price and the trailer is excellent quality.
We are first time towers and grateful for the friendly help and advice on the many questions we've had.
The family are very excited about camping trips and the trailer is the perfect size.
Many thanks.

I cannot recommend Sean and the team at Big Bear Trailers in Oundle highly enough.

We first contacted them when planning a camping trip with our young family. Our beloved dog, Toby, had become ill and needed a wheelchair, meaning we suddenly had far more gear than our car could handle. Sean was incredibly kind and helpful from the first message, offering expert advice and tips on using a trailer that made the whole process stress-free.

That trip ended up being a truly amazing holiday that we will cherish forever, which means so much as we sadly had to say goodbye to Toby recently.

Now that our boys are a bit older and still love camping, we decided to purchase our own trailer. Once again, Sean was fantastic to deal with. His communication was brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Whether you are looking to hire or buy, Big Bear will not disappoint. A first-class local business.

Purchased a motorcycle trailer from Big Bear, Oundle. What impressed with the product and the hassle free professional service received. And collection was a breeze. Thank you!

Sean has been nothing but prompt, helpful and reasonable. I am glad I chose to return to Big Bear after 6 years from my initial purchase from them. Now i am set with a lovely Debon trailer and look forward to all that it brings!

the experience was great, the service was unique, it is so refreshing. the level of expertise is true !! I truly recommend to anyone who want to buy a trailer or meet a nice team.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was allowed free rein to wander round, examine and measure a Debon trailer I was interested in, with no hard sell. Having decided to buy one, I was kept informed of the delivery date and it was waiting for me at the agreed time. Great guys to do business with.

Personable and professional service. Great purchasing experience - prompt, competitive, helpful. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank all at Big Bear Trailers for there help and expertise when we arrived to pick up our new trailer, everything was in place and ready to hitch up and drive away. I would recommend Big Bear trailers if you are looking to replace your old trailer.
One happy customer. Geoff

Sean was incredible. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient - explaining gross weight, net weights, payloads etc numerous times! The quality of the trailer is great, just what we need to do the job. Thanks.

Very helpful in all aspects would recommend them

I use Big Bear for my yearly trailer service.
They are always really helpful.

I want to add a camera system and will be using Big Bear for this too.

The team at Big Bear Trailers and Outdoor are fabulous. They never fail to go above and beyond to make sure that you have more than what you need. I have been using Big Bear Trailers for over 5 years for both purchasing trailers and renting them.

Just bought my first trailer with big bear trailers and the customer service was excellent. They were happy to answer all my questions and show me all safety aspexy of the trailer. 5 star.

Great company to purchase from , communication was 5star , Sean made the experience as smooth as possible.

I bought a Cheval Liberte Touring trailer from Big Bear 3 years ago and it has been fabulous. Sadly I damaged it this year and the service I received from Big Bear was amazing. Open and honest and transparent communication. In the meantime I hired 2 different Ifor Williams trailers - which only made me miss the smooth tow and great engineering of the Cheval even more. I can highly recommend Cheval and Big Bear! Thank you Sean and Kieran 🙌🏻
