Le retour demandé et programmé soi-disant 2 fois avec DPD n'a pas eu lieu. Aucun contact, le colis (non ouvert attend toujours d'être retiré, sans aucun moyen de contacter ni l'entreprise BigBertha (le numéro d'appel est faux) ni DPD (mandaté en Pologne). Dépôt de plainte envisagé... 300€ perdus ! Attention ARNAQUE

Acheté un pouf-poire. Ce truc est une farce !
Vous recevez un grand carton avec un sachet énorme contenant des centaines de milliers de petites boules blanches style polystyrène.
Ces boules se charges d’électricité statique et lorsque (après avoir lu les instructions) vous essayez à deux de les verser dans le pouf, vous vous retrouvez avec des milliers de boules qui volent partout dans votre maison.
Vous essayez de les balayer, vous approchez une pelle, elles s’envolent de plus belle. Il nous a fallu plus d’une heure pour nettoyer la maison et je pense qu’on retrouvera des petites boules blanches (toxiques !!!) pendant plusieurs mois dans la maison !

Wir möchten das Sofa zurückgeben, da die Sitzfläche zu klein für unseren Sohn ist. Bestellnummer 20232. Ein Email habe ich bereits geschrieben. Hier die automatische Antwort ich solle Geduld haben. Jemand würde sich melden. Bisher ist nichts passiert. Ich habe noch eine Frage, da wir das Sofa gefüllt haben und möchte wissen wie der Prozess jetzt funktioniert. Die Nummer des Kundendienstes gibt nur ein Voice Mail: Das Voice Mail sei voll, man solle später nochmals anrufen. Das versuche ich nun seit 3 Tagen.....!!!!!!!! Verrückt...

I ordered a pouf a week ago, I was surprised that after a few working days I still didn't receive any information regarding my delivery.
So I tried calling them but no answer, it's been 4 days i am trying to reach them.
I sent an email 3 days ago and they replied they were going to contact me regarding the delivery within 24 hours, but it's now 48 hours and still no news. And I still can't get hold of any customer service on the phone.
How can I trust a company that doesn't even answer calls?
I have now requested the cancellation of my order by email, hopefully I will get an answer and my money back.
I am extremely disappointed, I would have expected a different kind of service here in Switzerland.

Une belle arnarque merci ! Je viens de recevoir des sacs de billes mais 0 canapés pas de plaid et pas de fourres je me retrouve avec des billes et 3 cartons. Impossible a joindre au téléphone et par email ils me proposent de retourner les billes .. via dhl, fedex ou autres en UK … on parle des frais ?? super ca va me
Couter encore plus d argent !??? Pour rien je parie qu ils me rembourseront en plus jamais mes 400 chf. N y allez surtout pas, preferez un bon site de meuble suisse qu une telle honte en terme d arnaque. Mais sachez big bertha que vous avez a ce jour à faire a mon avocat, vous m’arnaquez peut etre mais je peux aussi defendre une cause ! Vous devriez avoir honte de nos jours de faire ça aux gens surtout en cette période!

quite nice product when you sit in it (with the bolster roll for support in the case of a bag) but a couple of things would be useful to communicate. (1) they should provide better packing notes - if you buy several products, it take some figuring out how they go together (2) if at all possible do the filling operation in e.g. a bathroom, preferably inside a large shower cubicle - the balls fly all over. Have a hoover handy and empty it thoroughly into a bin-bag you then seal and discard. (3) open the ball-bag upside down inside the cover and gently extract the ball-bag polythene. Do NOT use e.g. a glass jug to transfer - these bees get angry and will swarm all over you. Give up on the balls stuck inside the polythene, or dedicate 30mins to extracting and rounding them up. The aim is to get 99% of balls in the bag, and ALL the remaining 1% in the bin, with nothing left over.

If BB would just pay attention to these points they would probably frustrate fewer people. I can imagine doing a video would not help them 'sell' as it's a bit like a horror movie.

Maybe they should sell them ready filled.

The giant bags I got are comfortable to sit in IF you don't go for just a basic bean bag alone but add the snuggle roll - or go for a structured product maybe.

What the photos cannot show is that 'getting in' and 'getting out'requires either the agility of an acrobat, a rope attached to the ceiling, or some improvised grovelling around. Not one for your grandma. Personally I put them on a flat sunbed.

Shipping these bags unfilled is the absolute worst idea ever. We just finished one bag and there is such a mess we'll send the second back and ask for a refund.
The small synthetic balls either roll away everywhere or get stuck to you by static electricity. We had to clean and vacuum for ages to make it safe for kids and pets. An absolute disaster. Seriously how thought this was a good idea
