Big Bus Tours Philadelphia レビュー 

The day we visited Philedelphia the busses were really crowded. We had to wait quite a long time at each stop. In fact, we finally chose not to hop-on or off due to losing our seats.
If you had to sit under the plexiglass dome part of the bus it was terribly hot and uncomfortable. If you sat in the open area of the bus you could not hear the person telling what you were passing. We told him we could not hear and he said that was the best it could be due to static.

3 out of 5 guides were amazing !!! We learned a lot. Its hectic to "hop off" because shen you're ready to "hop on" the buses just pass you by. We had to keep calling customer service & waiting 30mins - 1hr. I suggest, once you're on stay on!

Driver and guide were very professional knowledgeable and polite. Please recognize.

The bus tour was enjoyable. It gave a perfect view of all sights Philly had to offer. Both of the tour guides were great, funny, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time on the Big Bus in Philly. The guide was very informative and was a Philly local so shared some personal experiences.

Unfortunately for us we caught the last bus of the day so we were unable to hop on/hop off; however, we had a wonderful tour and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The staff were very helpful and asked us before accepting our tickets if we would like to use them on another date as we would be on the last bus. Very commendable!

Guide's narration not as informative as expected. He spent a lot of time explaining that we were in congested traffic when he could've been talking about the city or the sights coming up. We were able to get on at the closest stop to our hotel, as advertised, but forced off to wait for another bus at the "end/beginning". We ended up walking back to the hotel, skipping the part we'd missed. Didn't use the bus the second day.

Great way to see the city

One of the worst experiences I can remember. We were not able to get on the bus (#355) as the guide was letting other people safe seats for those who left the bus. Have to wait 25 minutes for next bus.

Outstanding narration ... convenient hopping way to take in a fascinating city rich with history, culture and art. We LOVED the experience!!!

Waited over half hour and some guides were not that good

This was a great way to see the city. Our tour guide was great and I'd definitely do it again. In fact, I'm planning to when I'm able to go back with the family.

The shuttle service to and from our hotel was great. The guides were wonderful! I would definitely recommend this tour.
