I put a request in on December 13, 2025 and still has yet to receive a deposit. Stay away from all platforms like these. They do not payout and I have already reported them as well

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! They give you a free bonus to play when you sign up and let you seem like your winning then when you try to redeem they say you must make a deposit then you will be able to redeem. So I did what they suggested. When I went to redeem all my winnings were gone. So I went back to the same game I was playing and guess what. NOT A SINGLE WIN WITH THE MONEY I DEPOSITED. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!!!! IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I have been waiting for my redemption since November of 2025, and I keep getting the same scripted lines over and over again. “Thank you for your patience. We’re sorry for any inconvenience but due to all the big ticket redemptions the review queue is backed up but we will gladly inform you as soon as your ticket has been reviewed and updated”. I believe three months is long enough for it to be reviewed and updated. I’ve even reduced the amount and split into smaller tickets, and they are still hung up on the “bigger” one. Until needed the larger amounts redeemed , I didn’t have a problem with this game/casino, and would have given them 5 stars.

I have been waiting for my Redemption since Nov 5 2025. Everytime I ask them about it's progress i have been told the same thing over and over again.

Won 300 or I thought i did, made a purchase in order to redeem, and low and behold you gotta do some more stupid crap. Its not worth it id love to get my 10 dollars back but we all know that'll never happen. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

They are scammers they will give u free money to play with then once u win with the money the gave u they make you pay for more money and still give u nothing

To trust pilot team this Casino needs to be turned over to the gaming commission for investigation with copies of every review. ASAP

I would give it less stars if I could. First of all you have to buy a package before you have access to redeem. Second of all the rules are not clear at all. And third I redeemed $30 and I have been waiting 3 weeks for my redemption. They keep giving me the same lame excuse. That they have reached their limit and that mine is in line to be reviewed. This site is nothing but a scam so do not waste your money!!!!!

Absolute scam. They will give you "bonus credits" after you sign up. You will win between 200-1000 bonus credits. It will not let you dip below $100.

When you try to withdraw you will find you can't withdraw "bonus credits". Every $50 you spend unlocks $1.20 of your bonus (lol). However, you will find that the games aren't winning like with the bonus credits.

First off , I know it's a scam. Why? Because Pragmatic Play pulled everything out of the United States on all platforms

They take forever to pay out on wins if you even get paid out at all! Listen to the other reviews. They're garbage. They'll accept thousands of dollars of your money and then if you win the payout will be slow. If even at all!

Easy to use...lots of games to chose from...winnings some lose some...easy redemption. One of the best online casinos ive played!!

Trash support service, and scam site

I have tried to Cashout on several occasions after meeting all the little stipulations and they said successful one one but I never received the winnings and the other says rejected.
